Anyone Know Why The New Leaves On My Plant Look Like This?

Everything was fine until this past week. Really havent had any PH issues or any deficiencies and my ppm’s are pretty low (500) considering im putting them to flower next week. I’m Growing in Cana Coco. Btw, I did notice some salt grains on the coco today.

How frequently do you water?
I am no coco guy but it seems it is bad for coco to dry.
By the way 500ppm is high i think. As i said i am no coco guy but there are threads on this site that recommends as low as 200ppm in veg to 350ppm in veg. Use search forums function. I think you will find better answers if you delve into it.
And please post pics under normal light, just turn of the blurple and use flash. Even that will do.

I water every other day. I never let it dry out. i know you’re supposed to water everyday on coco but,It’s insanely time consuming.

Your plants don't look to bad, have you tried adding some Cal Mag coco has nothing in it to support your plants .
I've been growing in coco for a few years now I run it the same as with promix hand water flood to waste just don't let it dry out and you will be fine. Good luck with your grow.

they all look like that under blurples. Take a pic under more normal lighting.

The new leaves show signs of predation compared to shoot in pic right above it. So leave cutters in there somewhere.
