I really want to do a UC set-up on my next grow and have been searching for materials. I really can not afford to purchase from Current Culture at the moment so I am going the DIY route. I priced out a complete 4 grow-chamber system to just under $400 but I already have many of the necessary materials. My question is with regards to wall thickness of the grow chambers. The folks @ The Uniseal Warehouse state a recommended wall thickness of 1/8"-1/2" for their uni-seals. For those of you DIYers have you used chambers with thinner wall thicknesses with no leak issues? The 12 gallon chambers i plan on using have a wall thickness of ~ 1/16", obviously less than spec. Anyone?

I would think too thin would be less of an issue then too thick - prolly only one way to find out though - get to drilling!
