Does This Look Finished?

I'm new to this. First grow. I think it's some kind of kush but not sure. It's 9 weeks into flowering. Top half looks ready but bottom needs more time. I don't want to harvest too early.by accident. Looked at trichomes. I'm guessing they are milky but again it's my first and I have no idea. I hear timing is everything. Im thinking of chopping the top and letting the bottom finish. Or should i let the whole plant finish? Will the top start thc degradation before the bottom finishes? Thanks for the help.

If that were my plant, I would wait a little longer.

When trichs get milky I watch them closely as I don't want too much amber before I chop.That's a preference thing for the grower.You can also do an incremental harvest if the lower bud isn't as ripe.
