Generic Qbs From Kingbrite

Can anyone tell me about these Panels ?

Anyone here used them Before ?

Are heatsinks and fans 100% necessary for it ?
Even if I use smaller more spread out boards or drive em softer than recommended ?

I'd like to DIY a nice affordable and reliable light for as cheap as possible

Any help would be appreciated y'all

Kingbrite has a super reputation, but I haven't ordered from them myself. (YET). There are threads here and on other forums \where people have done so and are quite pleased..Google..

The only other Samsung based board(s) I am currently running are 2x Photon Sunboards..(ALTERNATING DIODES)
A bit more power than qb132, and a bit less than QB288..still no heatsink needed for those.
