Properly stored since they were purchased...

These seeds were purchased in 2005,, Yes almost 10 years ago!!

Recently popped a few of his Lifestar circa 2005, 100% germ rate
I would think you are possibly looking about the same.
Didn't have to anything diff but if you're unsure give'em a scuff with some sandpaper

I was less than impressed with the finished product. Only grew out one female, so my experience is limited.
