I'm considering the addition of a couple tanning bed lights for supplemental UVA/UVB. The bulbs are 100 watts each, about 6-9% UVA/B. UV is pretty dicey, at least in my experience and I've seen plants burn quickly until they get a "Tan". My question to anyone who has done this...How much UV is needed for a typical 8X10 2KW MH grow?
Any and all help is appreciated!

Notice anything different or better ?

That's the question I can't answer for you. Only grew that strain once. Although it was frosty af and racy af for an indica. It was a Shark Attack from Dinafem cut at 70+ days.

Dont pay attention to the big claims but has anyone used these?
solacure.com
Stephen from HLG says nothing else even comes close to these for UV/far red. They are actually used for aging materials quickly, they build a new guitar for example and put it under these lights for a few weeks straight and it has the patina of 50 year old aged wood.
Not sure how they got growers using them but alot do including commercial greenhouses and universities. They say 2-4fters for every 1k,very low powered T12s(20w)and you only run them like 2 or 3 hours a day in flower.
I just started using quantum boards and the color is off to me,like its missing something?Maybe im just getting used to them or Maybe its just my eyes from standing around HPS for decades but i feel like i need to add something red to make it more yellow, lol.
