Leaf Chlorosis

Get this darn leaf cholorosis every once in a while.... its just starting...magnesium deficiency?? Someone told me to spray Serenade, its a fungus/mold...any help greatly appreciated...these plants are ~ 3 weeks into veg

I'd spray with calcium chloride foliar, and see if it clears up.
Don't see any mold.
Purple petioles can indicate a history of stress.
Or so some say.
