Led Light Help

How far should I keep my 100wt led light be away from seedlings???? I'm using it along side with 200wt cfl

Seedlings are pretty fragile, might not want to overwhelm them with anything other than a cfl. My seedlings only had two, two foot fluorescent tubes about 40 fluorescent watts.

Ok noted can I feed them 13rd dose they in coco I was plan to use cannazym rhizotonic and cana a+b they 1 week old I have my 110wt mars led 60cm away and cfl 30cm away temp max 23 humity lowest 50 max70%
