Maine's laws are specific about growing indoors but Massachusetts only specifies a locked area out of plain view. Any input on growing outdoors in MA would be appreciated, tia

Outdoor plants are flowering now. If you got a mature plant. Now is the time otherwise it is to late.

Hi Jaybodankly, i'm trying to squeeze another week or two in til harvest, keeping a close eye on any signs of bud mold since the nights are getting cooler. My question is more about the legality of growing in the yard in MA.

If you have a fence with a lockable gate and the plants are below the fence line, then you should be ok based on the letter of the law
