Problem With Seedling Any Help Appreciated

Hello Newbie here

I started 5 seeds all the same way and one is having problems.

All conditions are the same and only 1 is looking weird.

Growing in roots organic B2 soil. About 10 days old

Only given ph water so far. humidity and temp are fine.

LED grow light on 16hrs a day.

In picture they are both the same seeds Dinamed CBD one looks good the other looks tie-dye green and yellow. The weird one started turning yellow after a few days.

Now sure what is going on

Any help is appreciated

I’d weigh them, if shes heavier its overwatered. Water when the cup feels light. Good luck

there's always a runt lurking somewhere,could be a slow starter and those are the ones that usually surprise you at the end when they bust out your lungs on that first hit

Thanks for the reply I let them get pretty light but will make sure its good and dry before I water her again
