(quick Question) Is This Plant Small For +-3 Weeks

hi all, its been a while.

Currently have a 3 week old Blue OG from G13 labs.

I started it from seed, it did however in the first few days from popping the ground colapse over from what i take to be dampening Off. I managed to save her by propping her up. One leaf got a bit burnt during this time as i had it outside while i sorted out my growing space inside. I live in a very hot climate.

I was wondering if she is not on the small side for 3 weeks. Shes about 6cm tall. Gave her first feeding now, just some generic grow mix as im waiting for my biobizz package.

Any input appreciated

Your mix has that plant stunted. I'm guessing...

Im using a self built LED light, 60Watt 3500K Cree COB

the light is about 40 cm away from the plant, light schedule 20/4

How do i go about to fix this? im getting new soil probably by next week thats been prepared for marijuana cultivation. should i transplant?

I dont have anyway of checking ph or ec, i have a ph kit on its way for the water im using, which im sure isnt at a good level since the tap water is shit, could it be the eC?

looks like a 10 day from seed plant tbh. 40cm away is probably way too far away for a 60w cob.

Next time try two 60 watt bulbs, one 2400k, the other 5000k, gives it a little extra strength
