Start knowing the room is clean then never bring in an outside plant or cutting. No pets. Always wash and change into indoor only clothes and shoes before entering. Careful of other growers around the room.

I have always done the above and sprayed anything brought in or taken out of the room with isopropyl alcohol and wiped down. Pots, stakes and even the soft tie and stands used.

Prevention has me pest free 4 years and going.
