Im a canna budda guy and I just popped some out of my freezer after 14 months and the chocolate truffles we made still leveled the fu%% outta me. So storage of butter at least is possible long term.

How much oil will you be making? For a small amount I would suggest a QWET to keep equipment costs low.

We store ours in an opaque air tight container in the freezer. Oxygen and UV both degrade it, and are accelerated by heat.
