ask her if she eats yogurt...same thing...well maybe you shouldn't tell her that. It's probiotic bacterial cultures. She may never eat yogurt again. lol

:-) Yakult is great for plants too LOL yes but lots of it is pasteurized, this destroys those enzymes, esp ones relating to calcium uptake, so lots of yoghurt lacks the value the packets claim.
