Cloneville True OG legit?

I normally don't use clone shops because of all the fake genetics.
I wanted to get a cut of the True OG and was wondering if Cloneville has a legit cut?

is it worth the 20 or so bucks to find out????
its a square foot of space until ya clone it and flower it.

if its the real deal true, fuck yes is the answer. haha

Clones are weird. I've gotten legit cuts at shady clubs and I've gotten fakes at well known clubs. The best cuts I've gotten are from friends and craigslist of all places. I know of a club out in the middle of now where, they always, always have legit cuts. The problem is it's random what clones they have. They actually sell cuts of the flowers they grow, so you know ahead of time what your getting. Just buy a gram each and pick out the strain you want.

Problem with clones is you never know what to expect. Bugs, mold, viruses, ect. as well as not getting the right strain or phenotype your looking for. Much better to acquire seed from reputable venders and work them into your own mother plants for clones. You`ll find that there are a number of people who still have the original OG Kush. I still have them and I must know a dozen or more people who still have them. Hell, I still have some of the original un-cracked seed! Enough that even with low germ rates I should get a range of phenol types to run. I like the Bubba better though myself.

I am aware of the problems. No matter who or where I get a clone from I wash off the roots and medium. I almost never take mothers because they can hids more bugs. I dip the roots in AVID and rinse the hell out of the roots, then I transplant into fresh coco. If it's rockwool, I rip all the rockwool off. You'd be surprised how many times I have found root aphids and thanked god I checked. After all that I give the plants a dip in AVID. I wait a week and then give them a dip in Eagle 20. Then I never mess with those nasty chemicals again. It's the only safe way. I learned my lesson after getting Spider mites that over wintered in soil that I didn't wash the roots off. Destroyed my whole grow. I plan to do a write up on it next time I get a clone.

I have access to lots of clones. I can get the original OG kush but I want the True OG. I won't get the True at a clone shop unless someone gives me the word that's it's real.

cloneville I've heard is pretty legit. good words about their ifs. I have their gsc mothering as well as cherry pie and headband. none are flowered yet. not too far from the cross town is green dragon. not as wide a selection but legit cuts always

Cloneville and PO both have some legit cuts but are known to carry fakes as well. Even Swerve confirmed that the PO Fire OG and Tahoe were not real but Cali Connection beans. When I finally got a cut of the original Tahoe, my friend grew out the PO Tahoe and it was not the same cut at all. My cut was way danker and slower growing.

I justed wanted to know if it's been confirmed that the True from either PO or Cloneville is real. I've talked to people at both places and they don't seem to know much.

dont mean to talk shit but unless its SFV swerve doesnt know shit, his "verification" is as good as smelling a fart to see if he ate a hot dog.

haha and like he KNOWS those are his crossed phenos??? hahahaha dude is such a tool

as of right now CLONEVILLE STUDIO CITY has not returned any of my emails or messages, im refraining from saying anything negative bout them just yet (they sold most of my gear from last year no reimbursment WTF) trying to give them the benefit of doubt before i go the other route, and yes my True OG is dank as PHUCK!!!

I will say this about Cloneville. A few years ago, when Swerve still lived in SFV, I had gotten some pretty good genetics from Cloneville. From what I understand Swerve had sold him some cuts of his genetics. But for some reason they all seemed to disappear over time. In December I bought some Alien clones and some Platinum OG from him. Not only were they riddled with spider mites, but the moms they came from must have been in really poor shape. I could not get the fan leaves to get any bigger than the size of a pack of cigarettes.

I was in there a few months ago and told his wife/partner....that I would NEVER buy from them again.

That's sucks dude! Calvin is a saleman! That dudes charges too much for anything. I bought clones from him two years ago and he keep trying to sell me weed like a used car salesman. I called before I went down to verify strains and he said to drive down, well I live an hour away. I went there and he only had like four different strains to choose from, I was pissed. I have gotten better clones off Craigslist. I rarely get clones from shops but I lost over 60 strains. Atleast I popped most of my beans as backups. It's over 100 degrees here and my seedlings are dandy!

I probably hate Swerve more than you do. I even keep his naked Cannabis Win photo to laugh at. He gave Cali Connection Fire OG and Tahoe OG to the PO guys. The guys at PO don't argue with that. One of the guys at PO split and became Elite Edge Genetics in Santa Ana. I heard he took some of the genetics with him.

on a different site swerve acknowledged the tahoe was legit, he even hated on them about breeding with it. they have the CC and legit Tahoe, its just a gamble if they'll give up the real one

I asked PO and Swerve and they both told me that the PO Tahoe and the Fire are Cali Connection beans. Maybe they had a falling out or something. I had the original Tahoe and its not the cut PO is working with. I think they might have started with the original and then replaced it one day. Some of their cuts are legit, I grew out there Strawberry Diesel.
