HI ALL

welcome to my new grow diary

the seeds i have were sent to me from bity before he was banned

Before i start i'd just like to say i know some of you have have gripes with bity but that doesn't concern me i don't know him personally but he was good enough to send me some beans to test so thats what this grow is about so please if you have anything to say let it be about the grow and not an excuse to come in and slag him off leave it at the door!!!!!

OK here we go i have 2 gumtree just gone 12/12 1 of them is topped 1 isn't as well as 3 smaller one's which i have threw in to get them out of the way . i have also put my ssh outside to fend for itself

Seedlings are all in soil at the minute but some will be put in coco when they get a bit bigger , i'm using canadian xpress coco nutes with headmasta , superthrive and pk 13/14 when needed . I will be topping some and leaving others to grow normally

the room has a small cabinet with 2 envirolites , a wardrobe with split levels the top has 4 flouro's and a 400w hps in the bottom

i'll update when there is something to see but here's a couple of pics to get started as well as a couple of random shots of the wifes veg she decided to start under the flouro's lol the bottom pic is the SSH i put outside :cool0010:

any views or comments are always welcome as this is a test grow to try and find a keeper as well as best growing method for my set up :character0103:

we have 4 gumtree , 5 venom and 4 london high

startin up the herb garden?

ive always wanted to rock strawberries in coco
(just cant bring myself to waste the space)

hi hubcap thanks for stopping by .. she's got cucumbers ,spring onions ,little gem ,french salad leaves and tomato's ...lmao if it was up to her she'd take the whole room up

more pics

1 of the 2 larger plants are female (the untopped one) out of the 3 smaller 1's i put in the smallest is also a female and the other 2 haven't shown yet

the seedlings are doing well under the envirolites but 3 will be selected to go in larger tubs left under the envirolites and the rest will be moved to the flouro's for a few weeks until the 3 are big enough to be be sexed


so what so do u think shall i take 1 of the gumtree,venom and london high to be transplanted or shall i just pick 1 from top, middle and bottom and pick at random ???

quick change of subject but i won't be finishing this grow with canadian xpress nutes as i'm not happy with it having a built in PH down . i'll probably go back to canna A+B but i'm open to suggestions on other coco nutes

Hi Bro,,,I'm admiring your set-up. Looks very cozy in there and stealthy! Now, the way I'm looking at it, you can only run 5 females at a time, is that correct? Or is there something I'm not seeing. Anyways, your grow looks right on!! All the best...

hey snookster thanks for dropping by

i can run 6 at a squeeze in the large buckets and 10 in the smaller tubs the envirolite cupboard can do 4 in veg and whatever is left will go under the flouro's for now

thanks for the compliments darksideX the set up is getting there ,i might have to extend yet but hopefully i can find a nice keeper and flower the rest early :rasta:

Lookin good Stevo...I'm wondering about your Gumtree...what can you tell me of her lineage? Do you know where it was sourced? It's not a strain one hears of very much.

hey highroller all i know is its crossed with a spanish strain called fruit pastel i'll let you know more as soon as i do :character0103:

Hey all

time for another update !!!

out of the 5 gumtree i originally had 3 are female and the other 2 males have been disposed ,


the seedlings are growing quickly and seem to have doubled in size every time i look at them, so i've now repotted 7 into larger tubs and the others will be done later this week .

six have been left under the envirolites

2 x venom (coco)
1 x venom (soil)
2 x london high (coco)
1 x london high (soil)

the other i repotted was a gumtree which has been left under the flouro's

The selection process is complete !!!

HI ALL


time for another update and out of all the plants, i have selected the best 1 of each strain and destroyed all the others both male and female

the grow room is now virtually empty apart from 1 gumtree 3 weeks into flower and 4 cuts of venom , 2 gumtree and 2 london high , eventually i will end up with 1 of each to use as my mother plants .


i will also be adding some lowlifes into the mix courtesy of ukcheesehead , there will be 4 blueberry kush and 3 white russian although i'm not sure if i'll be doing these under the envirolites or in the greenhouse, as normal i'm open to hearing peoples opinions on which would be best



after speaking to bity he told me that the gumtree is from a fruit pastel clone crossed with a mexican sativa

well i have just bought myself a 6x4 plastic greenhouse to put the lowlifes in i will also be adding 1 gumtree and the cucumbers,onions and tomatoes lol

pics to come once i get it all set up proper
