I was in love.....

Funny thing though....after I left Az, I stopped getting in trouble with the law. Been in Cali for 10 years now and the worst I have gotten is a parking ticket. I guess the tents did teach me a lesson.
Ahhhh you got a taste of Joe Arpaio's tent city. I had got my act together well before the infamous tents. That must have been brutal in the summer!!!

Yep....I could have joined a class action against Maricopa County because I was awaiting trial and was held in the tents. It was horrendous. I do have to say that it knocked some sense into me though.

High is 82 w 70% rh. The humidity is harshing my gig. Been raining in record setting fashion. So my dehumidifiers are running like sombitch which is raising my temps. Viscous cycle. I need a few straight dry days to get back to normal.

to make matters worse I work as a painter in the construction industry. At my age I have to take great care to stay hydrated and know the signs of heat sickness or heat stroke. My better half in her infinite wisdom bought the work truck I use when we were living in Seattle and to save money bought a truck with a no AC option, as in WA you really dont need to have AC as it only gets real hot for a bit. In her defense she had no idea I was gonna land her azz in hell either. LOL
So I work in this heat all day and then the drive home seals the deal with no AC. Yes I have both windows down but believe me it isnt too much help climbing into a vehicle interior that reaches 140 then it takes me an hour to get home. Then the air rushing in is still 112 -115. What the F%%% was I thinking moving from WA to here????

Come July it will nv\ever drop below a 100 deg even in the evenings. Last summer I could get up at 3 am and it was still triple digits. This last until at least mid to late September.

I know, I know sounds like I'm whining, and you know what I am. I am done sniveling for now. Till tomorrow
I worked for 2 schmucks in a truck moving company down there. Man its hell on earth at least America's hell on earth lol. Here in Illinois though is much friendlier to us indoor men

Hey Jumpincactus…. hell ya bro...we should definitely sesh someday. That'd be epic!

I just harvested a couple of weeks ago so I've got plenty of meds to go around.

I'm just outside of south tucson…near green valley.

Where are you near? Hit me up and let's set something up!

Phx isn't too far from us…..i'd be happy to meet you at a half way point somewhere (if there is one)….. that way your not doing all the driving.

But if you are coming down to Tucson, then there's an awesome little authentic Jamaican Restaurant that serves delicious $5 lunch specials everyday. They also have a full bar, pool tables…. And of course they play nothing but Reggae all day. :)

Also, the missus and I are going to be driving out to So. Cali on the 3rd of next month and will be driving back a few days later so if you wanna meet up then we can do that too…….

Either way, i'm always down for a sesh :)

Sounds like a plan. The only thing that could change would be I am waiting on confirmation on a possible jaunt to Seattle on the 4th. Will keep you posted. If we cant hook up then, then later in summer will work. Gotta say I like the sound of the Jamaican food Mon!!!

Seattle this time of year is PERFECT!

It's funny you mention the PNW, because my other half and I are actually in the process of looking for property up there and moving within the next 6 months or so if all goes according to plan.

Anyways, it's good meeting you man….and can't wait to meet up in person to share meds and swap grow stories :)

Here is a link to the Jamaican spot….CeeDee Jamaican Kitchen

Their Jerk Chicken with a Rum Punch is my favorite!

Well, gotta go post a couple pics of my garden in another thread….take care bro and have a good rest of the night.
