Its been awhile since normal tap water has been chlorine treated. Im pretty sure that if you live in a relatively populated area you dont have to worry about chlroine in your drinking water no mo. Maybe worth some local research. But im pretty sure letting your water sit out is an old technique that isnt necessary, and no longer helps in any way. Cept catching dust!

Run your water through semi-permeable membranes and filters to get your dissolved solids down my dude! Just had an r-o system installed myself. Respect.

unless your water is so shitty you need it....there is no need for water to be stripped if its under 220 ppm

its will be at basement temp...I was wondering cause of the warm watering I was doing earlier in the year. and was thinking of going at it again

This is all I use for a pump for my tea, along with an air stone but, I only use a 5 gallon bucket and do 3 gallons at a time.

I've been meaning to ask about pH. I tested my water before nutes and it reads around 6.7, is this good? I didn't think that I had ever had pH problems but, started wanting to know for sure.

Yeah, from everything I've read on here I'd say it is. Kinda makes me feel like a douche for buying drinking water.

@jimmy warm water for plants may or may not be good idea but dont get it from your house's water heater.nasty shit in there im sure.unless its newer and your water is clean as pops is.

I will drink it but, we have a dispenser that holds a five gallon jug that we use for drinking, it reads 2 ppm.

Ah, I run the hot and cold both off the tap to fill my jugs, they usually end up starting off right around room temp.
