Pap's just start with small dos and be patient like a good 1 1/2 befor you do more.
My wife made pan cookies about 1" thick out of trim and popcorn. I took a 1/2" x 1/2" nothing 45min latter I eat another. 1/2 hr later it started to hit me and just kept on coming. That's why I will not touch the stuff any more. I't a different high It made me paranoid didn't like it. My wife eats the stuff all the time just one little bite every few hrs.

I use one without thermostat all the time with great results. I think it's the secret ingredient. but it stays cool in my veg.
