Well I broke all dirt loose in pot started dumping it out pulling my sick gal out, I get her out and a big ass clumpy cluster or worm casting almost like mud was compressed with roots... There's only 5 above and 3 below, I take all my clones that way and get roots no problem. I don't take anything less then a 8" clone. Besides my veg light creates really bushy plants with lots of nodes.

Some like to take short clones but I don't cause when I take a 8-10" clone with 2 tops that knocks a good week off my veg time. I'm not saying my way is right but it's how I was taught and it's worked for many years so why change it right?
