Yes they do, but he has the license. I can be the baddest mother fucker around but without a license you're always Just a worker. If I quit fuckin around I could get mine as a general contractor but you know how that is

Have u looked into it? I fucked around fer too long b4 i finally did that shit. It took me about a day to get licensed, bonded and insured.

Is now, was originally rock and mortar but house was moved about 70 yrs ago as the location it was in got flooded so they moved Everything. They built it next to a creek that is now a river today lol
