good root stim is metrop trust me !

i find anything with salicylic acid helps, I only use Mycos for rooting, metrop is a dinner bell for mycos? Is it SA and Cytokinins? I couldnt find the ingredients, only its aminos and bio stims? I use Root Better, nothing else RB delivers my Cyto's and SA, plus lots of other beneficial antibiotic properties and pathogen control

nice, we been running those maxibright LEC 315w lamps, but the dual 630's, very happy, I like them a bit more than my gavs and the d paps too. A bit cooler, 700umol at 315W so about 20% more effi than a 400W HID or other.

I like the look of the dimlux expert series, the ballast is horizontal, more headroom. And they are shiny gold so will add some pimp factor to any grow room.
