Day 57 (10 days flower)

Forgot to post these pictures last night so here they are.

She is getting thirsty.
After transplant it was 3 days between waterings/feedings.
Then it shrunk down to 2 days.
Now it's down to 1 day.

I have fed her 6 times in a row so far.
Still looking healthy with no visible signs of over feeding. Earth juice says to feed with every watering. So I've been trying it out. Seems to be working great.

Is it too late to transplant?
Or is this just what normally happens?
I've heard roots slow down growing once in flower and a pot upsize may not do much. I also don't want to stress her out I guess.

If it's normal I'll just have daily feedings/waterings I guess.

Day 58 (11th day of flower)

The main cola's are "12 tall. They lost some vertical height when bent outwards.

Lots of new tips filling the core.
Look at all that new bright green growth.

Another 3 days I will switch out the mh for the super hps.

Just finished my 6th nutrient feeding yesterday and she is still healthy and going strong. Just for safety I am going to feed water next round. Tomorrow probably.

Flowers are stacking.

Just coming in on the last page here, I'll have to work at catching up. I love the mainline training you've got on her, thinking I'm gonna try this with one of mine.

Yeah, it is. You don't want to be transplanting that girl now.
I haven't yet had any in flower that needed watering/feeding daily but, I know it's not uncommon for it to happen. It does seem a little early for you to be there but, as long as you stay on it, it won't be an issue.
Are you getting a good soil drench when you water, or are you watering in small doses?

When feeding nutrients and water.
I add 25oz to start then add little by little until soil is saturated and I get small runoff from the bottom.

I learned pretty quick not to run water through the soil (flush). It was leeching the nutes out and down the drain I was adding. So now I try to add just enough.
Unless doing a flush, but then I stick in the shower and let a few gallons run through.

I trimmed 1 fan leave covering some centeral growth sites. Figured it was worth it.

fed her some water last night.
May feed her some water today too.
She is very thirsty. Plus I need time to bubble some more nutes.

2 more days I'll swap to the hps bulb.

Beautiful looking girl there. Just got done skimming through last 9-10 pages of your journal and am really impressed. Doing a first time grow myself now with some Satori and Dinafem Cheese from seed. I'm subject to similar floor area constraints but my usable vertical is good 50" or so. For that reason I'm going more sog I think. We'll see as I get further into this. Cheers and good luck with this. I'll be rooting for ya!

Day 61 (14th day of flower)

I swapped the mh for the super hps.
I will be posting weekly from now on because picture quality under hps sucks.

My plan is leave the hps in for the next 4 weeks. Then to swap the mh back during last 2 weeks of flower.

Today is day 67 (20 days of flower)

I will post picture updates tomorrow.
Since it will be week 3 of flower exactly since 12/12 flip.

And I will post picture updates every monday to keep on track with the weekly updates.

Last night I trimmed off some upper fan leaves off of the 4 cola's. There were about 4. They were the ones growing on the inside section covering the new central growth sites with shade as well as shading the main cola bud sites. They now have more light exposure.

I then used my pipe cleaners to spread out the main cola's slightly to open up the core a bit more for extra light exposure.

I also removed any tiny buds (larf) below the canopy level. Down at the bottom. Figured if they were too low to get light they would just waste energy.

Everyday I stress train my plants by twisting the pot left and right to shake the main cola's and branches. Then I individually grab each branch from bottom to top lightly twisting and shaking each one.

Just doing this since seedling has introduced a branch/stem structure throughout the plant. That seems to have engineered reinforcements in the areas that show higher stress. Fat knuckles at joints, little protruding columns on the stems/branches, thick woody cores.

They move much less in the wind and during shaking than they did in the past.
The branches are all very woody and strong now. They look like they can handle some weight.

Hopefully they have worked out enough to not need stakes during bud swelling phase.

I have been adding honey to my waterings in between my nutrient feedings. I wanted to see if this would offer any advantage. Figured it would be similar to using molasses to feed the soil microbes.

My main curiosity lately is determining how many weeks this unknown bagseed will need to flower for.

I want to be ready for the nutrient schedule change, when to swap mh in there, when to start flushing etc.

I know it's generally the last 2 weeks.
But how will I know the start (day 1) of said 2 weeks is upon me?

Sounds like you're moving right along bud. Interested to hear what you think of the honey and how it works for you. I'm gonna use molasses in my teas, and have wondered if other stuff like honey would do the same job. Keep up the good work man looking forward to the picture update

Here are the pictures.
I had to take it out of the tent and use my cell phone flash so excuse the picture quality.

It is about "16 tall now.
Corner to corner (cola to cola) is about "20 apart.

I added a top dressing of fresh soil.
The existing soil is all broken down and solid like. From the roots binding it together. And the soul microbes being fed delicious nutrients.

Once I started aerating my nutes my soil started breaking down faster.
