I think your going to like the results. How long do you plan to foliar spay feed through the grow?

I understand I should stop cal mag by the time she starts to flower.
Any advice appreciated.
Does 1/4 tsp. per gallon seem correct? Seems crazy small amount.

Back from "the city". On the way home I picked up some more ewc, 50 lbs each of kelp and fish meal. Meant to buy fish bone meal so I still have to go back.
Top dressed kelp, ewc, and just a bit of the fish meal. Then scratched it in, bit will not water today, soil not dried out yet.
Then, first time ever, I trimmed off some lower branches and the little inner shoots destined to become larf. Didn't get any pictures, will have to take them tomorrow.
The little blue jays and I are apparently bonding. They pop up their heads and beg for worms when I am in the barn!

Again, have to wait on the pictures, but I just couldn't stop myself from planting a couple of plants in the more traditional gorilla grow style where they get a bit of soil with the transplant, water when I can get to them, etc. after just a few weeks the gorilla plants are lagging far behind the well built orchard soil and full sun light.

I think that is a great dosage to foliar feed. I actually want to suggest to you applying it to the soil and let the plants draw it in from the roots. In your case I would add one teaspoon per gallon giving each plant one gallon of the mix every two weeks up in till the last month. My plants get Humic acids and Calmag every four days when being fed. My dosage is one teaspoon per gallon for the Calmag, and one half teaspoon for the Humic acids. They receive this right up to there last couple weeks while in flush.

Things seem like they are going south. Two of the plants started showing their sex and kept right on flowering. Embarrassing, but it's my first year using supplemental lighting on the seedlings. Will have look back in the journal to recall what transitioning they were give.
Then, I bought cage material and built cages. The cages make the plants seem short and small. I broke a fork off of one plant trying to manipulate it through the cage. I would have had to remove the cage in order to wrap the broken stem and I didn't.
Hopefully, today will seem better.

Sorry to hear about the problems. The plants look pretty healthy and happy to me in those pictures. Do you have a picture of the flowering plants?

From bad to worse. Today I was working with the girls and a sheriffs helicopter flying low made a direct link to my house, then right over the middle of the patch. Then a circle around the orchard before continuing on their way. Now I can deal with the anxiety of the midnight raid.
Pics two and three show the buds mentioned above.

So today, every time the wind would blow through the trees I would think it was the sound of tires coming around my gravel road. Yesterday's low flying sheriffs helicopter has set off my ocd anxiety and panic issues. You know, the issues the cannabis helps control.
It's not that I think I am breaking the law, but the fear of being assaulted by having the doors kicked in while I sleep by the plant police is disconcerting.
I've got the cages up, picked up the rocks from the garden and watered today. Hope you all having a better time than me this week. I have had a numb finger tip for the last six months, probably from 30 years of uncontrolled diabetes that constantly bugs the crap out of me. Worse when it's cold, but just yucky feeling when it's warm out. Getting old is not for the weak!
Need to hook the grass cutter to the tractor. The wild flowers have turned to tall dry grass.
My mountain side looks like the pine bark beetle is finally here and starting to kill off trees. Makes me feel like the whole world is dying off.
Sorry for such a downer. Got no where else to go with this crap. Peace, great weekend to you.

Sorry to hear you are feeling a little down these days. I've never had my plants flowering on my this early like you, so I can't really say much. I'd say they look healthy and happy. Maybe since the solstice is just a few days away and the days will start getting shorter the plants will sense this and not try to revert to veg. I'm no expert but just a thought.

We've had pine beetle around here for years now. Things still look pretty and other trees will take their place. Here the aspens take over and they are just as nice to look at imho. I'm not sure your legal status, but the first year we had legal cannabis in CO and I decided to take it outside without much caution I had choppers flying low over my crops also. I was nervous for a long time and nothing happened. Now I could care less if they flew over. But I'm not sure what goes down in CA. Hope things turn around for you soon, but I think you have it going pretty good out there...you live in an awesome spot.

Thank for your kind words. I must need to correct my meds, check my blood sugars, something. Don't know why such a negative outlook, but my apologies for getting a bit off track. So happy it's Friday, my wife is back home with me until Monday. Again, uts, for taking the time to respond to my post....you got no idea how much it helped. Thanks, have a great weekend!

Hey my friend, Sorry you have had bad week. You seem to be a pretty strait forward citizen. So after the flyover the sheriff knows that too. They are looking for the sellers. As far as some of your girls flowering already I think is pretty common these days based on how most are developed for indoor growing. A lot of breeders do offer outdoor strains for this reason.

And tomorrow starts a whole new and a big boy good attitude, lol. Yes, I am retired with absolutely no criminal record. I've been trying to get my wife to share in my paranoia all day with no luck, lol. I really try to stay on top of my food, my meds, my outlook. Hey, wife wants to head to dinner, so gonna finish later, but like uts, your posts help bring things back in perspective and I really appreciate you taking the time. Bud

Gosh they are looking awesome, With everything that you have going it looks like having a couple of the plants finished by September might be a nice thing.:)
