Hell yea Poppa! That's how I used to dry a couple years ago and then I had a couple computer fans moving air in and out to exchange it. Now I built a box off to the side of veg and its controlled by a thermostat and hygrometer.

Wasn't your bud drying in like 5 days? I think that's what it was. 75-77 and what was your humidity? Maybe I'm not remembering right lol
75-77, upper 30's to low 40's rh, and only 3 days to dry. As a matter of fact, some stuff was a bit too dry at the 3 day mark, fucking crazy. No matter how I did it, 3 days.

Ouch ya that does suck! That humidity is the real killer, if you could get it up to 50-60 itd help a lot! I hope that box in a cooler room works for ya dude! Here's what mine hovers at, not perfect but it works, usually 7-9 days it takes.

Happy to find another one of my Dream Beaver cuts showing vegetative growth this morning, I should definitely score another plant or two to work with so, it looks like I managed to save it.
It also looks like she'll be in the Papa tent for some time to come. With no cure time at all it has a nice flavor and a rocking high, I thinking my wheelchair and hell, even my recliner are rolling sideways! lol

Happy 4th to ya too papa!! Hope you can at least watch shit get blown up :)
I haven't gone to the fireworks for years and even though I always hated dealing with the crowds and traffic and shit to go over to where the big celebration is, I have to admit, I am finally starting to miss it now. The fireworks that is, not the crowds and traffic. lol

Morning gang....

Lots going on today. Gorilla Glue is coming out of sacks and into jars today. Should be ready in a couple of weeks. Pulled a Lucinda and a Diesel yesterday and will let them sit in total darkness for 48 hours and chop them. Have a Crazy Daze and another Gorilla Glue going in flower to replace them this morning. Pineapple and Headwreck will be done in a few days....haven't decided what to follow them up with just yet.....decisions decisions.

Supposed to reach 95 here today. The O'l a/c is gonna get a workout for sure. I will be hiding in the basement working my little ass off....ha ha!

My neighbor at my cabin called yesterday and said the rivers have dropped and the fishing is excellent.....need to find time and get up while the caddis are still hatching.

So much to do and so little time....retired.....hmmm.....

Hey I just put some glue in a jar about 8 days ago! I've got another one just going in as well. Then I've got some gsc and blue Tara coming down in a couple weeks.

Got up to 110 here yesterday, with 76% humidity. House wouldn't drop below 80 degrees, walked outside and it was instant swamp ass lol.

Well just smoked a bowl and now headed to the garden too, have a great day bro!

It's crazy isn't it? Back when I was working it seemed like time would drag like hell when I had any down time so, I figured when I started just sitting around the house I'd go mad with all the time on my hands. I've been amazed to find that it's just the opposite, time flies by so quickly it makes me freakin' dizzy sometimes.
It seems like I don't really have that much to do and yet, it seems I have no time in which to do it.

Yup.....I second everything you just said. All my friends thought I would go crazy in retirement. I have been retired now going on 7 years and can only think of a couple of times that I had a day with nothing to do.

Gotta run to the grow store like it or not. Was cleaning my lights and can't get the ballast to fire back up. Will take it in and get it tested....If bad another $250 down the drain. Hope they will talk to me after bitchen about their prices last week.

I remember when I was a kid my great-grandmother talking about that stuff, that the older you get the faster time goes by, I've been seeing it over quite a few years now, I can only imagine how it would be if I make it to her age when she was saying it.

There's always something, isn't there? How did that turn out? And I'm sure they didn't mind talking to you as long as you were spending. lol

@ papa......amazing as it seems I got in and out of the place without spending a dime. Took the ballast in and they hooked it up to the tester and.....dead. Hmmm.....the guy bonked it with his fist and BINGO!! It fired up. Thinking this is a problem with Lumatek ballasts. The guy told me the next time I clean or replace something don't mess with anything.....do it while the timers are off. OK??!! Will see if that works. By the way Lumatek is out of business so will have to switch to another brand next time.
