this goes back to pheno

so in a pack of say 100 seeds....you might get 10 that are badass and the rest smell like nothing or taste like nothing or both

I once had a plant that smelled of nothing and when drying kinda smelled like wet grass
once cured it smelled like really light mint
and had no frost whatsoever
but when smoked....tasted almost like menthol and literally felt like you were melting.....

Roots all over the place. Hell I forgot how old they are. Less than a week... between 5 and 7 days... and bag seed is biggest fullest and best root system by far!!! $!!! Well I will be damn...

I'm not for sure if you can see but they were asking for food.... came out .6 ec and 5.7... I check the pH before I go to bed and see if it changes. Really gonna try kept in my pH right where I want it. Little higher in veg, lower in flower. So let's see if it raises itself first...

bag seed is the best
it suck when you spend $$$$$
for 10 seeds and 1 is a semi keeper

pop a bag seed and out comes
Chem/OG Kush/etc.....
some of the greatest strains came from bagseed

I agree all my bagseed females have been beauties so far.

Kinda makes me not wanna stop popping bagseed.

I'll have to start calling them soil seed soon since they don't stay in the bag too long.

got prob 30% or better red trichs... Some really red ones too.. on skunk 2.. So I will change out bucket for straight h20 ro and let that ride a couple days, and then I will drain the water, wait another day, and then pull it out the tent, and cover it loosely with a black garbage bag in front of the ac in my bedroom and just keep it dark for 48 hrs. I will put my lil usb fan underneath to push air flow up thru the plant... will thay work? Skunk number 3 has a another week to go, and she really wants all the light to herself...

If I think it is drying to fast can I put it in jars to finish? Is there such thing as putting it in the jars to quick? If I think some is upstairs drying to quick and some downstairs thats drying to slow, can I put them both in jars together and the drier bud leach from the not as dry to even out moisture among all, ??? just some nube questions about drying and curing... Been watching some youtube videos and it doesnt seem to mw, IMO to be rocket science.. I think that My strain just isn't a heavy smeller, plus i think drying to quick didn't help. Either way, the box is about the same as my room, so besides complete darkness, not much difference...

the cardboard helps regulate moisture as well as keeps it in darkness
you may think it is drying to fast but it isnt
drying can occur anywhere from 3-21 days
with curing.....the plant material is air sealed.....which creates a vacuum that pulls out the moisture from the inner core of the flower and redistributes it......that is why you burp jars.....the flowers become wet
you then let in air or take them out and put them on a rack.....the dry.....back in the jar....the get wet....over and over until the reach a point where they dont become moist......then it is ready to smoke

as for the ones taking to long.....that is a good thing.....the slower the better.....as long as there is air movement to combat rot and mold....they will turn put the best

also.....for the ones drying to quickly.....if you refrain from wet trimming....the leaves will assist in the slowing of the drying process......

with the one showing that many trichs.....just chop it......
at the first sign of amber
when all the clear have faded is when you start the flush
but....you can experiment......and pull at differ times to see what the unripe to over ripe spectrum brings

as for the ones drying to fast
bunch them together and pull a black hefty garbage bag over them and tie at the top
squeez the buds every few hours....when they soften....take the bag off and allow to dry again
