1 - OG
1 - GSC Xtreme

Base Potting Soil - (BuildASoil.com)
1 Part Oly Mountain Fish Compost
1 Part Sphagnum Peat Moss
2/3 Part Pumice
1/3 Part Rice Hulls
5% Pre-Charged Bio Char

Amendments (per cubic foot)
Organic Kelp Meal @ 1/2 cup
Organic Neem Cake @ 1/2 cup
Organic Crustacean Meal @ 1/2 cup

Minerals (per cubic foot)
Brix Blend Basalt @ 2 cups
Gypsum Dust @ 1 cup
Oyster Flour @ 1 cup (Replacement for Dolomite Lime)

Clover Cover Crop/Barley Straw Mulch

Veg Watering/Feeding Schedule

Filtered water. No need to PH. Alternate between just filtered water and the following solution every other day or so when not applying a veg tea. Per 1 gal of filtered water.
  • .25 tsp Inner Filet 200x Aloe Vera Powder Flakes Certified Organic
  • .25 tsp Coconut Water Powder - Raw Freeze Dried Organic
  • .25 tsp AgSil16 Potassium Silicate (water soluble silica product)
  • .25 oz of EM 1 Microbial Inoculant
Veg Tea - Beginning end of week 2
Worm castings - 1/4 cup - Rocky Mountain Worm Company
Organic Kelp meal - 1.5 tsp (Substitute with Organic Alfalfa meal every other cycle)
Fish Hydrolysate - 1.5 ml (pre-mix with few cups of water)
Brew for 16-18hrs, 24hrs max
TeaLab - Compost Tea Aerator - The BubbleSnake: 5 Gallon

No comparison pal..i started out with bubblers...dwc....rdwc..but amended soils make life much easier..plus,creates the best bud you will ever try...ill never go bk.

Thanks bro. I plan on top dressing wk 6 in veg with 1- 2" EWC and a little organic Kelp Meal and Insect frass. I have my own earth Worm bin, DIY of course. It's pretty cool. Not ready for harvesting just yet so I use Rocky Mountain Worm Company castings until mine are ready.

I'm transplanting to 15 gal geo pots a couple of weeks before flowering. 1st week of flowering I'll top dress with a little fish compost/ewc, Kelp Meal, Neem Cake (for some pest control), a little Fish Bone Meal and Gypsum.

If you haven't grown in a "No-Till" amended, full organic setup before, you're going to be quite surprised with how easy this growing method is as well as the quality of the herb you grow. It's the most literal, natural way to grow it. As long as you stay religious with your compost tea's (No less than once a week) and you make sure to continually re amend nutrients back into the soil to continue to feed the microbial heard. You'll end up with some, "Just Add Water" no-till organic dank.

A rule of thumb I personally use with my teas:

If they ain't praying by week 2 of the tea treatments, You ain't brewing shit right. You better take a look at the tea ingredients and brewing methods used, as well as how you've amended/prepared your soil.

I've been brewing AACT's for a long time and something I can bestow apon you is this:

  • The simpler the better.
  • Get a BIG air pump.
  • You can never have enough air stones. When you think you have enough, add another.

If you have the soil amended properly (nutrient dense), the cation exchange capacity and its airation dialed in, with a correct feed/compost tea schedule in place, you'll end up with plants that WILL NOT STOP PRAYING upwards. Vigerous growth, lush green, strong stems, and resiliant against pests and molds.

Organic and Beautiful.

You have the right idea with your methods you have in play, and I wish you a bountiful and stanky harvest.

Thanks Skully for the advice. I'll take that info and use it wisely. I've been brewing a tea weekly with a 5 gallon BubbleSnake brewer. EWC, Kelp Meal and Fish Hydrolysate. So far so good. As soon as I harvest my current flower tent I'll be transplanting to 15 gal pots under
leds.

December 25 - Transplanted to 5 gal geo pots. Planted cover crop about a week ahead of transplanting. The OG kush is growing up at a much faster pace. The GSCX is growing out. I have the OG tied down for now. Probably veg another 4- 5 wks. Really have no choice - flower tent is full until then. Transplanting to 15 gal geo pots a week or 2 before flipping.
