Hey guys, really need some help. I bought an aura mini split and I have been trying to figure out how to set the day and night time temperatures. I have both the digital thermostat and the remote controller. It's also the newest model. someone please help me set this up!! And if there's no way to set it what is a way I can have it change for day and night temps? Help a brother out here

So the AC systems work on temp not time of day. What you can do is rig an Inline timer. Don't fuckin' do anything janky of your place will burn down brah!
I believe you can find a unit to do this at home depot. Something like an ac (as in alternating current) timer. If I find something I'll post for you.

I'm interested as I'm about to try a larger room and summer is upon us and so will the heat.

Yeah, so it's like a pool timer. Well it is a ac timer for anything. Is the system u have 220 or 110v?
When u have the voltage, go to a pool store like leslies or ebay or wherever and pick one up. Don't burn ur shit down by doing it poorly.
As a side note to keep in.mind, I just saw on the news where a 350 plant grow op went up in smoke Monday night over here in so cal.
This is pretty common and easy but electrical is something u dot want to do half assed. Bare wires short and overloads will all cause a visit by the fire dept.

You can hardwire your a.c. to an Iponic controller. I have the 624, it's amazing and will act as a thermostat. You can set all parameters you need

One problem I've been contemplating. How to cycle a mini split (future buy) to have day and night set temps. My green house controller is 110 input and 14amp max only. Hate to have spent 600 on it just to run my bottle and or deheuy.

Great, more crap I have to buy.
Lol

AT 1100, I'll pass.
Also, don't this will take a 220v mini split line.

The 614 is a single room and the 624 is a 2 room. The last controller you need. You can have constant control with the internet on any device

@Leew421
the problem with controllers is t gb e max input amp that can safely handle. 15a is the average. Most minis are 15 a the start. Not counting ting 1a for co2 reg.

These controllers are meant for big green house commercial ops. I just wanted commercial equipment. You can run an assortment of equipment and dial it in just right. There are graphs that will give you all real time info if needed.

My electric bill is 220 cause I keep the house at 68 degrees. Like I said, the last controller you will need. Saves me huge

Only 220 a month. Try 750 here.

But really if you're running 220v you want to run that on a trigger box anyways. You never feed that much to any controller.

I run my lights on a trigger that is rated for 114 or 220. My a.c. is directly connected but it's 114

CAP OR titan make triggers, I'm sure there are more. I'm also plugged into the 30a fuse box too. So You can say my "load" is distributed

I run my Mini's on Auto on during Oct-April the rest of the time they are set at 74 and left alone. I'd advise not to run any mini split system on Auto function during May-Sep...
