So help me out brotha. Do you not defoliate at all? I'm running a few girls on soil this run and I know growth is slower than coco. I could peel leaves of of coco plants all day and still have bushes in a week. I doubt that's true in soil. I topped 4 of them once and let 2 go natural. My next run will be all soil.

I clean up from the lower part of plant all leaves and branches making a sort of lollipop tree.
Dirt all the way for me..
well aged chicken and goat manure amend to start a top feed every couple weeks..
water sun kind of burned out on the indoor thing these days, lost my touch .
we start ID till a foot or so .
Have been in GH a month covered and lit 1000 wt supplement light to 18 hours, IMO plants need some dark time for a break..
Will start Black out end of month.

Also IMO..
Can over do the nutes..Fast grow maybe nice but I have observed in chickens slower is better.
Plants and animals if forced fed develop too fast and its more natural for them to slowly develop and maybe suffer a bit.
I put plants outside and the wind beats the hell out of them for a few weeks.
They look like hell them bang zoom off they go.
same dirt every year local topsoil some FFOF no till amend and go..

removing all the lower stuff sends energy to top, less larf more nugs...
all the little shoots that produce the larf remove way before it can larf out..in veg as you grow along...
Just think eliminating the energy wasted on the smalls stuff will be used up top, more light there as well.
