All this bubba talk... if you haven't grown toohighs 93 bubba lush then you have never grown the original. The rest are just copy's. She was the smallest yielding bubba of all with deep coffee undertones. What made her special is the taste went through to the very tip of the joint. I wish I kept a healthy clone of that plant.

Well then my pre 98 must be the original 93 bubba because its very coffee smelling. @stonestacker just got some samples of it at the cup.
Shitty pic but my bubba yields real well with lots of tops. 9weeks here even under led its a true 9 weeker.

That's a 98 bubba all day. Very easy to spot. All the bubs are coffee smelling but only a mirrored image of the original. And yes the 98 does yield well, the 93's buds are much smaller and compact. Doesn't matter how many tops you have with the 93 your still going to average a lb. per g watt. And the lost veg time it takes to get her that big you would be half way threw your second grow with fast growing strains.;)
It's a shame we lost the advanced nutrient forum and the couchlock cafe. Tons of picks of all the bubbas.
Edit and I'm sure your bubba taste great but it doesn't taste the same through the whole joint. I bet my stable on it!

CaveCrew has an original Bubba Cut and I have connections to the orginal Katsu cut which was mine to begin with... So the original Bubbas are still around.
@Psychonaut47 posted a pick of the original bubba earlier, Ive have vetted that plant.

From what I'm reading and looking at some ppl grow rooms it appears they grow slow strains in lower profit way. Bubba and slow growing strain will keep up with many plants for about 3 weeks, then she;ll slow down. I start 2 females per 1 gal pot and bud at 4 or 5 wks of Veg , I finish them sometimes in 2.5 gal pots. Bubba can be taken at week 9 for profit,,, but the quality is way better at wk ll. Shell hold a little longer . Bean poles tightly together with a cpl plants per pot and you;ll be done almost as fast as the other crops and your buyers will pay more and take the bubba over the fast strain so the profits are about equal if grow it like I just showed you'.

Point : dont sit there and watch plants grow slow. Bunch up slow growers and bud em with rest. Most very good strains grow slower so this is how you keep your crops finishing together with other strains.
