Ok,

I've backed the light up to 33" from the plant. The fan is on medium bouncing off a wall giving a little jiggle to the leaves but nothing too aggressive.
I am obiously no pro, however I think the only thing I would question is wether or not to give it nutes on Wednesday considering it has been 2 weeks since last time I fertilized and haven't watered with just ph balanced water for 5 days due to the moisture in the soil.

if you're certain then I'll go with it. what are your thoughts?
It wouldn't hurt to put your two little CFLs near your plant also. It might keep it from stretching too much. AS LONG AS HEAT WILL ALLOW. Just starve your plant for nutrients a little bit you can tell when they're hungry. Just cut back for a while there's plenty in the soil.

You would be better off to take that fan that you have and duct it into the bottom of your tent so it can increase your air flow. You want fresh air coming in at the bottom and all your hot air exhausting out the top. You don't want to just create a world wind inside your tent and mix all the hot air from the top. You want it to Flow through. Make sure your air outlet can exhaust as much as you are pumping in.

Ok, So this is my first time growing and I will provide all the info I can possible. Someone please help me find out whats wrong with her or give me some reassurance. I am trying to do as much research as possible.

She's 3 months old.

5gallon grow bag

happy frog soil with approx 25% organic perlite

I fertilize every other Wednesday

5.5-6.5ph water

500-700ppm

in a grow tent with grow light in the images

light on for 15.5 hours a day

I only water after the soil is dry to the second nuckle, then I water until 15-20% runoff

I've pruned once.

I have on fan circulating and a fan sucking hot air out.

Is any of this normal?

I appreciate anyone's help, I truly respect the craft and feel bad about her. I wanted to keep her healthy.
All i could think of when I see that poor plant....

Brutus "Brutal" Howell: [a rehearsal execution] Arlen Bitterbuck, you have been condemned to die by a jury of your peers, sentence imposed by a judge in good standing in this state. Do you have anything to say before the sentence is carried out?

Toot-Toot: [gleefully] Yeah! I want a fried chicken dinner with gravy on the taters, I want to shit in your hat, and I got to have Mae West sit on my face, because I am one horny motherfucker!

Brother you have walked her down the green mile!
I think we need to go back to step 1.............................................................................

Brother.. I would kill that plant, I mean its dead in my eyes already...
You burnt her to a crisp. May be one of the worst electrocutions I have ever came across.
You in happy frog and you giving her the wrong ph.
shouldnt be feeding anything! And when you do, ph to 6.4 to 6.8
If done correctly, and up potted correctly, prob shouldnt have to feed anything
And that light, oh that light, whew that light,,,
did i mention that light?
:(

Was pretty good advice
but that fan will sit on top of the tent above the hole sucking air out perfectly..
Lol I have the same fan and same situation before..
and just open your vents on the bottom of tent for fresh air to get in..
hot air rises and will be sucked out
and replenished that way,
along with bringing fresh c02..
Put it in the same room as your gas furnace and gas water heater.
It will suck higher ambient c02 levels from it.

True that way would work too. My thinking was it would help to blow on the plants and little more on the bottom though.

What makes the light incapable of growing?

Well its got cheap internal components. Which dont give a great spectrum, there efficiency is very lacking, and there prob run 10x hotter than a well designed led fixture..
It prob got 5 w leds and they run hot and prob dont last long...
Because of the spectrum the plant will prob have irregular growth when it comes time putting on bulk in your flowers...
Its not really that strong but yet you have to keep it a good distance away because it runs so hot...
Its a catch 22,
u follow?
