@EventHorizan
so I stopped using Hydroguard
reason being
it is Bacillus Amyloliquefaciens

I use +life which actually has that very bacillus in it at the same rate per serving
plus about 20 other species of things healthy for the old root system
I dont think the new container shows everything that is in it but the old one has all the microlife ....alot of good stuff for 20$
I also stopped using Mammoth P as it made 3 differ plants foxtail hella hard
so for me +life only....seems to be working well
it is what I used for the outdoor I posted
also found out that this specific Bacillus species is considered a bio-fungicide
it is what pro-mix uses in the boi-fungicide HP mix
Really....
I have the +life too.
What i do is change up every week from life to ogbiowar to ewc to hydrogaurd...
Well actually i never change out my bucket im brewing.. I just leave that pump running 24/7 and every 3 or 4 days i pull some for either out door on wed or indpor on Sun. And each time i add back ro and a spoonful of the beenies thats due up.. So i been brewing for almost 2 months straight..
And i always use hydrogaurd in the res...

Ha i would've never ever noticed your inline fan was in the tent.. nicely done. My inline fan is a bit bigger/longer though i think (6" hurricane). I just did the math and 3x yield masters is 2" shorter than 2x xxxl dominators (the hoods i have).. when i had both hoods in there the ducting barely fit for me and seemed to be sort of pinched at the end with the fan..

Nice placement for that oscillating fan, does your tent have a pitched roof??!

Ah.. So a 12-14k BTU should work fine for 1230 watts then.

Yea thats exactly how i had mine setup as well, the box that i built seems a bit more efficient for cooling/dehumidifying though.
Ya its a cube tent... Its only 71 inches tall...

And my fan is a 20 amazon 440 cfm inline fan.
Im not trying to cool the bulbs, just the air around them...
So 440 cheap fan actually works great.. So im gonna post some pics of my setup behind the tent..

So maybe I'm using too big of a fan.. link for the fan your using?

that is crazy huge
I can easily fit 3 600's in there with those sun hoods
they are only 23" wide
that is only 6' with 2' to spare for which will accommodate a fan and ducting

hmm well if you guys say so. Im not opposed to it i just hate so much clutter and tight spaces haha.. I definitely am trying to listen to the people who have been there done that.. So thank you guys for trying to swing me into the right direction.

Edit: i guess the one good thing about getting sealed hoods is i know for a fact my A/C would not need to be upgraded at all.. which is probably more expensive than buying the sealed hoods..

That a good plan. I like that routine. I want to start something just like that

Ok this is my intake for the hoods coming from outside the room...
As you can see i still need to put the insulation up,
finish dry walling it, and put that mesh cover over the hole.

And here is behind the tent. As you see im extracting out the tent thru fan and filter... its blowing thru instead of sucking.... Works awesome..You can see my tote res on the floor under filter. My ac in window, as well as my dehuey and c02 tanks..

After it mixes with that air behind the tent as it comes out the filter,
it gets sucked right back in thru the bottom flaps on the back of the tent...

and my lil rez

now back to the hoods..
I showed you where it entered, and then it exit out the tent and out the room to a 3rd room in the basement where eventually it gets sucked back under the door of the 3rd room back to the first room with the intake...
But................. if you notice on the exhaust room below i can turn and hook it to a vent to warm my house in the winter...

And thats how it all worked out :)

Quick update...my plants all look good. No signs of russet as far as I can tell.
They are swarming with pred mites tho so they could just be keeping them under control. I was going to move them to another location but my wife talked me out of possibly contaminating another place.
So I split the plants up here. I now have 6 plants with little to no pred mite protection.
If they still look good in a couple weeks I should be good to go.

Ha you would be surprised at how similar our setups are.. My hoods are vented exactly the same way (exhaust & intake are a bit closer to each other though). We don't need heating here during winter or cooling during summer its 70 F year round..

Imagine everything being the exact same as your setup but instead that carbon scrubber+fan, a/c, & dehumidifier are all in a 4x4x4 box with 6" ducting going to and from the tent. The only difference is i have one additional fan sucking air from the box into the tent as well.

Edit: i blow into my carbon scrubber as well. We also have the same light ballast the purple reign, really like it so far haha..

lol well thats why you are doing so good lololol..
Well why you wanting to change then?

This is just future stuff I'm thinking about.. But basically i want better lighting in the end.. CMH's are the cheaper/easier led equivalent IMO.. The good led's/DIY cobs are better than CMH's but are also way more expensive & way harder to do if your doing DIY..

I think 1200watts of HPS will get me some good bud but i think 630 watts CMH + 600 watts HPS will get me more & better bud.. 600$ to increase yield/quality is way worth it to me. I could probably sell off my old hoods they are basically brand new..

the reason why I dont use it is because it is redundant and I am tryin to cut back on cost
I use 1/8th tsp per gallon of +life which is hydroguard + bacillus Subtillus/mycos/NPK fixing bacteria/Trichoderma etc....plus sulfur and iron
since I paid 20.00 for the container and so little is used for me there is no more reason to worry about Hydroguard or any other bennies but that is just my experience

and the way I use it
I just fill a bucket with a gallon of feed from the res
and mix with 1/8th tsp +life and hand feed the plants
been working really well
roots are crazy white with an alarming amount of root webbing/hairs

Thats what i would do.
Sell your bug hoods, buy 3 lil ones like mine and for your 3rd light ballast,
Get you the 315 cmh kit.
That would be your middle light between the hps's
I got an led in there but im thinking of giving it back and putting a 315 in the middle of mine too..

So you dont recommend adding it straight to the res?

Thats not a bad idea either.. hmm.. you think 6k BTU a/c could handle 1515 watts of vented hoods??

never sent that link for the fan your using on your sealed hoods?

you can if you wanted to
I personally.....since running coco....dont need to....because you are just inoculating the coco....for straight hydro I probably would run it in the system itself
but in that reguard coco acts more like soil....a great home for microbes
so when you inoculate it...they grow
colonizing your coco
for my res right now is just Silica Blast and CNS17 Grow.....feeding mothers and babies

for my outdoor I only feed 2x a week so I just mix it in when I mix my feed batch for outside
