Got some lollipopping done.
Lol. It's tough to cut off so many budsites but I think it will be worth it.
Last time I stripped every fan leaf but only cleared the bottom 1/4 and left all budsites. A lot of smaller nugs and I imagine the colas could have been bigger if I hadn't left all the lower stuff.

Im gonna have to end up buying more Micro and Bloom too. Only have half a bottle of each.

What's the reasoning behind not letting them mix until they're in the water?

Chemistry pure and simple
It is a good practice to add silica after all other additives and nutes have been mixed. The reason is the silica can and will precipitate (fall out of solution) When added last it mixes well with the nutrient solution

I used to just dump my nutes in the system's. But this is my new technique.
Started out 40 ppm..

This is how I add nutes to my system..
5 gal bucket on the side with a pump in it, let the bucket fill pour nutes in pump back into system..

The line it’s connected to is coming from the system pump and then going into the chiller so all I have to do is open/close that ball valve..

ok so im gonna play devils advocate on you.. Cause you know your my homie!
Why does GH demand that I add Si =silica before any other nutes, including Calimag?
Why do they say when doing add backs, don't add back silica because it wont mix back into nutrient solutions?

I running Botanicare PBP w/supplements. On Botanicares site I've found where it says to add silica first, then in another area where it says to add it last.

Under the Silica Blast FAQS:
"Q: When mixing nutrients, should I add Silica Blast before or after adding other supplements?
A: Silica Blast should be the last product added to the nutrient solution, before adjusting pH. Silica Blast tends to increase the pH of the nutrient solution significantly so it is best added last, after all other nutrients have been mixed in."

On the PBP feed chart:
"2. Follow these steps when using Silica Blast or Cal-Mag. When using Silica Blast, always add Silica Blast into your reservoir FIRST followed by Cal-Mag. If Silica Blast
is not being used and Cal-Mag is, Cal-Mag should be added FIRST, then add the remaining nutrients"
