My personal opinion, you will get more resin from good genetics/pheno hunting versus supplemental UV. UV is something you should play around with once your room is 100% dialed in.
Have you used it? Every strain gets better with low nanometers. Unless you want to spend the cash on cmh... its just a cheap supplement to hps.

I have actually, which is why I’m not using it currently haha.. I’m not saying it doesn’t do what you are saying, just saying that once you get to the point of dialing in your room/strain is when I would start messing with uv..

Also I don’t really know how much/when/how long to add it so I figure if I don’t know what I’m doing I’ll probably end up doing more harm then good.. lol..

I dont like it.start at 50% and raise to 70% like wtf do people just sit around and try to come up with a harder way to do a task so they can take credit for a method, even if the method sounds super fuckin stupid haha.
Jungle boyz say something like 60f and 60%rh for like 2 or 3 weeks, whole branch.then trim buds and bin up for cure or sale.i dont have that kinda time or patients lol.i dry at 72f and 50%rh and we trim wet right off the plant.my people are begging for the shit before i get it chopped down and i rarely have shit around here more than 3 weeks after its cut.
Im gunna design a new method and it will have a sauna involved, some hot rocks,a scoop a water 2 x per hour and 2 Chinese girls with those hand fans in there moving the air just right in a circular motion. 105f and 98%rh,but they will be nude and people will want to do it this way just from all the hype ima give it on instagram hahaha.you heard it hear first bros, its on...now dont nobody steal my ideas lol

Haha fasho, was gunna set it to 50%RH & 68f

Wouldn't you be at serious risk for mold at 70-75% RH :/

That’s just what you set the dehumidifier to is what it’s saying so that it doesn’t kick on as much.. I think lol..

still pondering my A/C dilemma.. Not sure if i should buy a new one and up my 2x hoods to 1k bulbs or if i should just keep waiting for another 6 months + probably to get some LEDs.. I feel like my A/C has just been soo inefficient but i guess its hard to tell.. I want to use the ice box thing with my chiller instead of an A/C but i need dehumidifying capabilities because deep in flower i cant control the humidity enough..

Sounds superior Six, can I get a contact # for the 2 Chinese girls with or without the fans please? Asking for a friend.

Oh I got the time haha.. Redid the settings for 70f & 55%RH.. thanks.

Hopefully I got at least 1/2 p, nugs seem dense but small..

@incogneato not sure if you meant to quote me lol..
No, my thumb must have been high, but what's up anyway bud? My a.c. setup isnt efficiency either but it's working great. Its a portable outside the room but vented in. The problem being that the temp reading comes from the room outside the bloom area. I had to play with the setting to get it right. Hope you find something that wprks

I just feel like the a/c used to work so much better than it does now (1year old about).. Also I think if it were a little bigger it would be on for half as much of the time and in the end save me money on my power bill.. last bill was like 275 for 600watt hps, chiller, a/c, Dehu, fans.. The chiller is going away next round so that will be a bit less power as it is.. trying to reduce running costs..

How’s the garden bro?

i was taught to dry whole trimmed branches as slow as possible, dark, low temp, keep air moving. it normally takes 3-4 weeks then i cure in jars.

not saying its right or wrong he could of been from the darkside, but slow and steady always keeps its aroma and taste freash n strong.

3-4 weeks drying? you drying it in a freezer or what

no freezer:drunk:, as i said its not necessarilly the right way but thats just how long whole branches with big colas take to dry.
Its suposed to keep aromas n taste and make it smoke smooth.
Ive always done it so slow n love the results. why wait 3 months then rush the end process...
