Need Help First Time Hydro

Hi i have an Instagram that i mainly use to keep track of what i do with notes and pics i was wondering if someone with experience could look at my page see what ive done so far and tell me what im doing wrong. You can see by the pics you will see the leaves are droopy and they are not growing. Any advice will help since my s/o only grows in soil so the only help i have is online and also the cannabis grow bible

These are the only one my phone will let me upload there is also something on my netpots on the inside where the water is touching them its an off white color i ph all water i use to about a 5.5 of you have instagram i have put step by step everything ive done so if anyone would like to look at it if that would help find my problem i am Madame_hydro thank you for any advice or tips in advance

Also im looking for a cheaper alternative to keep the water cool in my res would prefer not to spend the money on a chiller if i dont have to right now ive been using ice packs and 5.5 ph ice cubes i take the plants out first before i do anything thank you in advance

Your water wants to be 2 inches below your pots, if you can get your PH up to 5.8 it would be better. Don't feed your seedlings until the roots are growing out of your net pots.

Ok thank you right now i uave the wayer 1/2 inch into netpot with 1/2 inch of clay stones at the bottom so i take water out so its 2 inches under the bottom of the netpot so its not touching? Would that be why the rockwool be turning green on the corners on top? Should i cut off the rockwool that has green color to it? And any tips on keeping water temp down thats not going to cost that much bcuz my next size res is 4 5 gallon buckets so i will need a few and thank i appreciate the help

Yes, take water out until it's two inches bellow your pots and your seedlings should pick up.

Leave the rock wool, even plain water has nuits in it straight out of the tap, the rockwool has soaked up some the water and Algae has grown on it, it's not a problem to worry about.

Are your buckets black by any chance? I once used black buckets, and found the lights shining down on the black buckets boosted the heat from the light, bit like black things left out in the sun can become quite hot, same with the black buckets. All I did was cut some white paper circles the size of the lids on my buckets, cut a slit to the middle, and stuck them round the bottom of my plants, once the plants created their own shade, I took them off.

Stick to what you have done aready, and wait a week, and a dollar says they take off. Put a slight breeze over your seedlings to stop them falling over and stiffen them up.

That's one of the better proud success moments when the roots first pop outta those net pots. I know you see the roots come out the bottom of a cloner, but when you move it into hydroton sometimes they're hidden, then a couple days later they pop out and explode

Yeah i was very excited the first one popped one out and within 2 days all 4 have multiple long ones hanging out!

Ok and yeah i love it lol the only thing im worried about is when i transplant them next into their own 5 gallon bucket with bigger net pots i dont understand how it wouldnt damage or ruin the roots all wrapped around these netpots?

And when i need to clean my buckets are my plants going to be ok sitting in air that long? How do you go about doing that because i think mine is in need of cleaning
