this is your best post on my thread.. See metabolizing lactic acid is something I can interest myself in.. Any foods you recommend eating that will help in the quick breakdown of lactic acid..

Im gonna make a 30 min skit for the Simpsons..
They always take on hard social issues in a funny format...
For some reason im not as funny as the simpsons when talking about sensitive matters..
Im working on it tho!
