You use the biocozyme/pbt/+life & full feed? And this is only for when your planting a fresh cut? Or every tea day it’s supposed to be tea+full feed?

Those guys have insane stamina. I think they just learn to live with the pain and keep going even though their bodies are probably screaming stop. I was thinking about riding my bicycle on acid back in the day. It seemed like I could pedal hard forever and not get tired. I could probably do the tour de france on that shit lol.
I have the opposite problem on eating. Right before bed I've been getting the munchies bad and eating a lot of crap that I shouldn't. Big ass bowls of three different kinds of cereal mixed, sandwiches, crackers, lol stupid stuff but It's like I can't stop. The wife made some killer chili beans last night, it was good with some saltines yum.

Dude I have such horrible munchies before bed.. it’s bad.. lol but I’ve been better recently and the daily probiotics definitely help me digest better if I do end up having a midnight snack.. I used to get really bad heart burn/acid reflux if I would eat within a couple hours of bed, completely gone (cause of the probiotics)

Maybe I'll try the pro biotics. I've been better with digestion since I stopped drinking chlorinated tap water. It may just be cooincidence but I think it helped. I let it sit a day to evaporate out the chlorine then I filter it. I figure 99.9 percent of my ancestors didn't drink chlorine and maybe it kills the good bacteria in my gut.
 
lol I fully agree. I hate looking at it too. It was squares until I started tucking then it got all screwed up. It broke in another place last night while I was trying to tuck a branch, that's three times now. :badboy: Next time I'm going to string it myself with some fishing line or something else real strong and tight.

Cool on the bike that should be some good low impact exercise. I've been walking a lot and still lifting weights. I've been trying less weight and more reps to try to lose a little weight and stay toned. Gonna get all cut up and quick like bruce lee lol. :ninja: I told a big ass guy at work that yesterday and he said yeah, but bruce lee was only like 5 feet tall. I said yeah, but he was quick and a bad mofo. Lol, I'm too old anyways, but I would like to lose some weight.
Get you a metabolism increaser, and a appetite suppressant.
Ride that bike 10 mins, then do your workout..

Rules to working out..
You use a weight that you can lift for 30 secs to 45 secs per set.
I use 3 sec negatives, and 1 sec positives, with 1 sec at each end of the rep,
thats 6 secs per rep. Aim for 8 to 12 of them reps..
Its very importain that you utilize the 3 sec neg and 1 sec positives, as well as the 1 sec pauses, with full muscle contractions. Suck your gut in and breathe thru each rep, with out letting your gut out.
If you cant get at least 30 secs in of a set, then the weight is too heavy, and you will cheat the rep.
You got to remain stable with your core flexed.. After a few weeks your core will automatically start sucking in to stabilize you.. Muscle memory.. But you got to train it buy sucking it in thru every exercise, everytime you bend down, every time you use your back or your abs, flex your core before you do the movement, so as to teach the core how to operate under load.. Of course beat the ab machines up at planet fitness every day, even on days you dont work anything else.. Abs are a muscle that can be worked every day, unlike many others that need rest to grow and rebuild...
And diet..
Just buy peanut butter, protein powder, and green beans and whole hams, pork loins, steak, and beef, chicken fish, shrimp.. Cook it in the crock pot..
On the keto diet, your shooting for low carbs, and meat has zero! And if the body dont have carbs for energy, then it turns to the fat stores for energy.. So that you dont feel so weak that you pass out, the fat in fish, and other meats, as well as the protein and fats in peanut butter are good fats and will actually make your metabolism quicken, esp with daily activity...
Do this for 90 days and you will have abs of babylon!

That is the start of that gas bubble that comes out between 4 and 8 am..

that'll cut ur plants. used to <'))>< with it, cuts everything.
just got a couple of these... only 1s they had. figured i can always make some if they shit, only 12 buck
