14? Dayyyumn. I think I did like 5 days last time and they were probably a little too dry. Granted, the environment was probably shit
like I said I know Ive heard ppl say 9 or 10 but I get nervous when Im at the end, and 10k is on the line. Because if its over dry, and smells like straw, we got a problem Houston.

I like wet trim because you lose a lot less thc:D from the buds and it gives you the option to freeze the wet trim so you cDNA make the greatest bubble hash ever!
I wont argue against that! lol..
I like bubble..
You know what Im gonna pull out a chunk for tonight since you brought it up.. I have had some sitting since june in a jar..

Evening everyone, hope youve all had a great day. Soo i herd flip when the tops open up. We opened up enough or shall we give it another day or 2?

Gets better and better:D
I like dry shake bubble too but the fresh frozen gives you a cleaner product.
Everyone is into the sauces and stuff,I am too but man I love proper done bubble from proper material.:smoking:
Love it as snakes in my joints when fresh as it cures you just have to crumble it up. Makes the joints burn even better!
IMO

Ohh yeh, have u ever had leaky drip manifold knobs? I cant decide if its drip leaking frm the flow adjuster knob or where tge whole peice slides up into the manifold. Ive put plumbers tape around that part and slid it back in nice n tight. May need to pyt another layer on that or it could maby be the knob, idk. Lol its a very slow leak. Not a big deal but it would be nice to be leak free. Lol

no mine dont leak at all, pull it out and push it back it, to reset it. WHILE ITS OFF!

My basement isn't finished or anything, just dirt floor. So not sure if insects are something to worry about. Garage is probably between -10 and -15 degrees right now, and same story with the shed lol

I have some big ass cardboard boxes sitting around. Probably the easier option. I don't need to run the exhaust fan during drying per say, I don't really care if it smells things up for a few days. Was thinking about just running a regular fan in there, have the humidifier pumping it out, and running the dehumid as well just incase it gets too high. The cool temps part will be easy, I can probably get it around 60 degrees in there
what you can do is cut the plants down and hang them in the box
then put the box in the tent and run the fan/filter
what it will do is keep the stank down and allow airflow within the room the box is in
but within the box the cardboard will regulate the moisture level

I have dried in wardrobe boxes
put a rh meter in there
is was 65rh in the box
it was 22rh outside the box

any way you seing it ....it should come out pretty good

another thing would be
brown paper grocery bags

the taste and smell is attributed to the leavhing process IMHO
if all the chlorophyll is broken down before you chop
then that grassy smell you will never experience
no matter how fast or slow you dry
many commercial people dry as fast as possible
like 3 days tops shit is crisp with mega dehuey
then they go into giant barrels and burped until completely cured

many ways to skin a cat

wet trim is good
I personally lile dry trim
my personal fav is dry sift
I always trim over screens so I catch the sift
then screed until I get a clean product
can then squish or heat and press into hash

ancient technique lol
