Took a quick peek at my seeds.. been less than 48 hours, one has popped so far, just barely. The dvd case trick works pretty well though. Don't have to worry about the paper towel drying out at all

You put the wet paper towel in an empty dvd case. Keeps it from drying out and provides a dark environment. Idk, found it on some forum the other day and thought I'd give it a shot.

It's really not all that different from throwing it in a bag, I just happened to came across it when I was searching something. This will be my first attempt at germinating without soaking the seeds in water first, so I'm hoping tomorrow will be the day they all pop and I can get this going. Would be the 3rd day

Thing is I did 5 seeds this time in case I end up losing one/it doesn't pop. So.. I might end up with 5 plants

I think you guys are rad, I'm totally different in growing but without a doubt love this thread. I learn a lot plus enjoy the comments, stabs, whatever you call them...I think they're good, I mean we bullshit, learn and talk shit.... umm that's called family where I'm from ha! Ive had the genetic drift/loss of vigor conversation more than once on here...i usually use my g13 clone as an example. As ive become a better vrower over the years ive done better n better w that plant. I musta started 30 moms of it by now.

Totally, you can clone from a clone forever or clones from an old mother. The only way they fail is cause you failed keeping the plant healthy. IMO

Except with wind chill it's still -15.

Just gave them a pretty hefty watering with the florakleen @ 10ml. Two of the plants are showing a ton of coloring between purple and yellow (with dying fan leaves) and the other two are still very very green.

I'm definitely going to have a good amount of popcorn buds from the bottom as well. Sucks, but, I know how to fix it now for next time. Boy are they frosty though

Thanks brother, hell naw it is the adjuster knob on the manifold. I re wrapped the peice where it slides n and i noticed it leaking from the knob when i tested. Now idk what to do, prob northig cuz it is very bery minor. Lol

is there a lil oring..missing? check 1 thats not leaking too... compare n find the prob. dont give up so easy, never settle for less.. its a leak u dont want, so sort it man. :badboy:
