I wondering about watering frequently cause that's what causes over watering.
The transplanting is a process of elimination.
Thank you
I don't know much about coco

Since I'll be switching to dtw this grow I'll be putting mine in 1 gallon pots and watering 3-4 times a day as necessary. Coco needs to be wet or you'll run into ph issues as salts dry and build up

Not sure which pic ur talking about?
Here's my thoughts, your plant wants to be green, it wants to grow, new leaves are stunted and yellow.
The first thing I'd do is flush then transplant it to a bigger pot. Coco and aeration mixture.
The new feed, I'd adjust from the old one.
What are you feeding them now?

I flushed about 4 days ago. Ive been feeding cns17 grow teice a day since, i literally just made a new batch of cns with the bloom and calmag plus a lil silica to get ph right.

Word and I don't know what that means?
The cns part specifically!

My thinking is if they're in the same medium and same feed but look different, then switch it up! Ya dig?
When @Wisher619 around I wanna tap his brain! I understand plants and troubleshooting but this style of grow is all him! I mean I know bloom and cal mag but anything else I'm like WISHER! Ha

Word, and that's why you excel at what you do for others! You literally provided more info on a plant that's not yours! Not saying anything bad about anyone else, I'm saying how rad it is for you to sponsor people!

I chimed in so I could share and learn as well, I mean lets be honest here, I can barely remember my hydro days and you teach people, make nutes, have a life and still pump out dank!

I've been slipping questions to event! Ha

So on the plant, I was thinking iron too
And color variation but on color by genetic I've never seen it change to green, doesn't mean it can't though...I don't know

It was yellow on its first leaves? The cotyledon!

What color are the veins in the yellow leaves?

I'm gonna go look at them pics again
veins are light green and the leaves themselves are yellow and yeah the Coty's were straight yellow and so was the stem
I think the plant is a dud....like in the grand scheme should have been tossed but we will limp her along

I wouldnt up-pot
that would be like flushing a RW block and sticking it in a bigger RW block
make no difference
it is the plant
and as for aeration.....Perlite takes space where roots can grow....perlite to me is a disadvantage
in coco you want to max the pot out and then feed multiple times a day...basically hydro

so he is feeding them a nutrient called CNS17....it is a 1 part basic nutrient that works really well
again I think this plant is handicapped.....and cant take up nutrients properly....dosnt want to grow
or....
wood is letting it dry to much before re feed
which would spike the runoff ppm
I never check runoff ph because it will make you chase your tail
but ppms will tell you what is actually going on in coco
if the ppm's keep spiking but you are lowering the feed and the plant is still yellowing out....I would throw the plant in the compost and concentrate on the other

Ill keep an eye on it. I think the runoff has been good since i flushed

But what about the ppm of the new batch of nutes i made w bloom, is it okay that its around 900 or should it still be around 700 or lower?

I hear that but I also see she has heart in her! I mean if she's a dud she's doing pretty good!
Ok I see the sulfur reason
I'm not trying to argue or anything negative, you know way more than me! But
Bouncing ideas back and forth is where it's at!

@brazel somehow i dont think theres any saving or learning to be done with old yellow. just wait n see what she puts out.....
so you thinking bout going coco?
I hear you but not on the learning part.
How often do you get a plant that starts yellow, new growth stunted and comes out really yellow, then grows and turns green!
No bro, I've used coco before...I got defeated by a hempy! Issue after issue!
That's probably the easiest way to grow and it kicked my ass!
I've grown in perlite, foam, aeroponics, aquaponics, ebb & flow, hydroton in net pots hand watered, miracle grow, different bottled nutes, nft, recycled soil and no til. Maybe some others but I've never done DWC! I love no till but there's very rarely problems and when there is its bad bugs you probably brought in, so it's hard to quit that! But I'm constantly experimenting. I have a bunch of different soil mixtures and I'm thinking about doing a DWC grow.
But I wanna do a micro one with the pot under 1 gallon, coffee can size I was thinking!
