I use the double cup method often as well. I just like to be able to see the roots when I can. The plant tells me when it is getting close to being root bound in several different ways. Beautiful work! I wish you well through the rest of flowering! Positive vibes...That's why I do it. That way I can transplant before becoming root bound.
I use great lakes water only soil. Not sure if it's available outside Michigan though. I use to water at 6.5 ph, and every 4th feed I add fox farm nutes, according to cycle. 1/3 gallon every 2 to 3 days accordingly. And lots of love and attention.Niiice, whats your water/feed method?
