Should I bin this plant?
Or wait to see if it recovers?

just kidding, unless you're afraid of bumping into plant limits I always grow out the freaks.

No sense in killing the runt (mutated) if it still alive, unless like someone already said you're up to the limit where you live. This is my runt, it appears about 3-4 weeks behind, but it's still growing. It broke the surface on 1/20

The runt shall live,
This gives me hope as this was one of the strains I wanted to try

It looks good and appears it's going to make it. I had mine 3" under 6400k cfl's, after they sprouted.

Some seed strains look pretty funky for a while after sprouting. Some tend to start growing right away, while others seem to stall after germination, while they grow out their roots. Withing about 5 weeks, they catch up to others.

Here's the runt (mutated) right after it sprouted. Right front pic 1 from 1/18 and pic 2 today. I'm counting 8 bud sites, 5 days into flowering.

It looks great! Here my runt yesterday, back right side, 9 days into flowering. Counting 9 bud sites. Yours will look just like this.
