Ok I wanted to answer your question better here and I will start the jc thread as well.

When I created JTR I was pretty impressed here we took a mut strain and outcrossed her to simply another strain I really liked alot. Now I did some pretty extensive selection with what I had but what I had was 10 seeds of the Space queen and I picked Space Dude from the lot and created JTR. On the original test I found as you would expect some that were JC dom and some that were sq dom but the majority of the females were dead spot on this short resiny female that almost everyone finds we call Pink lemonade as she will color up in organics if temps are right.

Now this short beefy plant was really nice but now I had a line of seeds that I could select a JC dom male from and back cross to the jc and hopefully get a high ratio of JC females without some of JC's quirks from being such and old cutting, hybrid vigor in other words.

Its been in circulation about a year and I think you will see we really nailed it.

Lets Look at some JC2 shots or as I call her
Much more of a Sativa influence and completely lemon

JTR is more of a duel strain in the fact it acts like a sativa at first but then it also has a hidden indica high that comes on later and will knock you out.
Jill and I have been smoking only JTR for the last few weeks just before harvest and we have fallen out a few times much earlier than normal.

Here is JTR not mine but by other people from seed

Jacks Cleaner II

This BX of the legendary mother plant Jacks Cleaner is a favorite among collectors of extremely potent hybrids. The strain has none of the Haze flavor of JTR and is a much taller style Sativa plant with a racing buzz that seems to slice through just about any type of high and leave the toker vibrating with a smile on there face. The taste and smell is 100% lemons and the taste is a mouth full of citrus almost like a lemon head candy.
This strain was created for all those in search of a Jacks Cleaner cut for there own head stash but not in the right circles to acquire a cutting.

1.Phenotypes -All females are lemony sweet to the smell, almost as lemony as the JC, though there may be a few phenotypes with a lighter, lemon smell, probably from the JTR influences. Select the largest yielding female
2.Height-Medium to heavy stretch/ Colas swell late
3.Yield-Medium / Heavy trim work
4.Indoor/ Outdoor
5.Best way to grow- Topped and placed in bud early due to stretch.
6.Harvest Window_8-10
7.Sativa/ Indica 80/20
8.Hybrid- Pluton X Purple Haze X Lambsbread X NL X Jack Herer X JTR Male
9.High type- Intense, trippy, visual, spacey, pain relief
10.Makes very usual bubble tasting and smelling like lemons

shots from monkey....

oh i miss that dudes bud porn...... he has some brilliant camera vision.....MONKEYS bud porn rocks my socks!
also sub...i was wondering if there is something you do to your girls or is it just the genetics of your gear...but your small bud leaves loook so thick and leathery in a really good way....and the resin seems to cake up on the rim of the leaf edges truly beautiful plants...but ive noticed that most of your strains do it and was thinking it might be something you do to it. i understand if you cant give away secrets.

Its mostly my soil mix IMO.
We have tried other mixes and we didnt get the same resin production just more weed.
I select by resin profile as well and that s alot to do with it s well
I care not for size or yield but resin content and smell are my criteria :)

Sub

those are some beautiful shots:nod

Call me crazy but I think all your plants look better with Jill in the shot....no offense...just a southern boy here

I have soem of the JC2's goin and they are lookin like 6 of the 10 are real sat dom leanin and the other 4 or 5 are fatass chunky monkey indica dom lookin...granted I am only on my second set of trues but you can already see some of the tendencies creepin

Tex

Trippy thing I noticed with the JC2 is that you will get multiple tap roots from a single seed and a few of them had 3 tap roots. I let them all sprout and when they hit there first trues I seperated them...kinda like a 3 for 1 deal at the waterin hole..

JTR did as well but only one had two individuals in there..

Where does that trippy mutation come from Subby? does some of the parent stock progeny do that? I don't think I have ever seen it person until now and I have blasted alot of beans..

Tex

6 of my JTR beans had twins. the mutations must come from JC...

We originally thought it was becuase I pollenated so heavy when I made JTR but we now know thats not the case.
JTR and JC2 are now infamous for the 2 and 3 plants from one seed trait.
I feel it is originating from the JTR triploid male we selected based on resin content and smell and the Fact Ricky seeds would loose his mind to have one :)

Sub

the Fact Ricky seeds would loose his mind to have one :)

Sub

That made me spit my milk..hahaha that is some funny shit right there....just think you could get $25,000 for the beans or is that 1 bean...I still can't figure out if Ricky is for real...

Good work Subby

Tex

Yeah funny shit subcool.

TK I think it was ONLY like 100,000 for 10 seeds of his super duper tetraploid! lol

One of my Pandora's Box has sprouted with a main stem and leaves, and then a second tiny one coming off the base. I'll take a photo later on - looks pretty cool - no idea whether it's a twin or has multiple taproots because it's in a root riot.

See what I mean - is this a twin? Sorry for the thread swerve

Hey Sub I think you select JTR for germ rate too. :evilgrin 125% germ, 5 sdlings..4 seeds in 4 days. Great beans bro, now to see how the little twin comes along. Wont try to separate em.

Had to edit this...the latest one popped out a twin also. Man how do you beat 150% germrate. Lovin this strain already

Just a thought...I guess the twin germ seedlings would be identicals? Or not?
