feeding them nutes? they barely need any nutes if any yet, the perlite looks a tad yellow here and there so over watering or not drying out quick enough, usually 4-6 days to dry out.
roots need oxygen, little air flow.

you should get used to being able to tell by the weight of the container from watering to dry.
when my plants are small like that it can up to 5 day plus before watering again in ideal conditions, anyways the cup should feel very light like empty feeling.
when watering just do a bit than let it settle into the medium before adding more you’ll be surprised how little can soak the whole cup..
this stage of growth is borrowing, nothing to do just look at them pick up the cups once in a while, talk to them, read to them.. 😁
when you start nutes start with a tiny tiny bit!!

When u think it will be the right time to introduce nutes, and when is the time to start topping them when the 3 nod appear?? Because some already close to it but some are not

ok they are from seed i see, the seed comes with enough food for the seedling to begin growth, those first two small round cotyledon leaves, well once they start to die off or yellow that is the sign to start feeding her.. topping her, i’d wait no rush, your good, the goal is to keep stress down not one thing after the other, just get watering and feeding right first..
what are the nutrients you have? may want to post a photo of front and back of bottle.,

ok i use the same stuff, though you got. ore variety than me, liquid karma is great for the roots! most important right now,
i’d take 1 ml liquid karma 1 ml veg pet one gallon water as your mix, just water a little as roots are small and need oxygen too. the rest of it you don’t use just toss away it’s basically just water..

mmm, that should work fine at least for the first month or so from a seedling, maybe you have it to high after they get started, could they strain your growing, could even be growing conditions that cause stretching.. do you have pics of what you call stretching?

that’s just the seedling popping through and stretching for the light it’s ok..
that way you start off in a small solo cup like some you have because once you transplant from the cup to say a one gallon you bury her some.
than lower the lights to that desired position over a week or so and everything should be fine.
