The plants took the transplant just fine. The mutant’s leaves continue to unfurl, looking somewhat closer to normal. The lateral branches on the mutant are definitely coming out before the others. The life in the premixed castings and dry nutrition is starting to take off. They will get their first feeding of this stuff one week from now. That is also when I will probably turn on the blue diodes on the viparspectras.

They look happy. Theres no more beautiful plant in the world than a marijuana plant.

I just hang a small desk fan over them, thats plenty. I dont think they will work without the drivers

🤭

I didn't say without the drivers, what the heck would power the light? 🤣 I meant move them dude. Like I did here. If you want to shove a bunch of quantum boards in a small space without creating a lot of heat you can move the drivers away from the lights to the top of the tent... Or where ever you want actually

That's 2 SF-2000's in a 3x3

Yes a 6” fan directed at the driver is working fine for me I’m still cold down here so drivers stay on till it gets hot .... Tassie springs are trying to say the least ....I’m only running one SF2000 in each 3x3 x6’ tents plenty of lux on the meter at 24” above the canopy .

Yeah im not that close with the fan, just making sure theres feelable air flowing around the drivers. I have my 2 lights at 18 inches but in this dwc system i have to move them almlst daily. The growth is huge, gained 3 inches overnight. White pistils are gettimg more numerous. I cant wait to see how they produce.

That's really good stuff and obviously your work is paying off! One day I will be courageous enough to try DWC 🌱

Not trying to be that guy but is the fan cooling off the driver or just spreading the heat around the tent more evenly? I know you have one of those cool laser therms thats why I ask 👍

Yeah I can't wait for my plants to be big enough to benefit from training / topping. I love that part of the process, so satisfying to sculpt the plant. Best of luck on the new shed.

No it cools it down by 10 to 12 degrees c it goes straight up the exhaust fan runs 24/7 passive air intake temps are fantastic VPD is bang on golden . Od .you need a temp gun very handy tool .

Took the two crumpled leaves off of the mutant, I figured those leaves were not super efficient and it will force it to push out those lateral branches faster.

Not much to report, transplanted the last little plant to a one gallon. Above ground growth is a bit slower this week since they are sending out roots again. I bet they will take off again above ground next week.

Last watering was Saturday, will give them a full week to drink that up before watering again. Might give them their first feeding then, or let it wait another week. Same goes for their first and only topping.

Plants are doing fine with the blue viparspectra diodes turned on, but I am already feeling less motivated to go in there lol. I will make sure to turn off the blue lights when taking pictures going forward.

Man, I can't wait until they get those spectrums right without the need for all that unnecessary visible color.
Following along... your outdoor gardens are the stuff of serious envy! Sure this will be solid, too.
