I just noticed its split ? (no its not from recent stressing).. should i be worried? the plant herself looks perfectly fine..

do you think the weight increasing could be causing this? it looks healthy.. just dont want to end hp wasting time on those 2 main branches

It still looks relatively fresh from the picture, if it is fresh I would try to tape it back together; If not I would at least try to support it in some way, likely with black electrical tape

Yes it probably did just tie up the branches or use bamboo canes to help support it .

the glue residue from electrical tape wont be toxic?

It’s already compartmentalised Bw just support it .

Yeah I mentioned if & or, but I would try to support it either way, it's just going to grow and it might split more, looks like it might not be done splitting as it is?

Edit: I looked at it again there's not much connecting that to the main branch anymore! I don't know about this one, I'd try to stick it back together but I'm not even sure that's going to help

Possible alternative might be a couple of cable ties, but you'd have to take them off some point down the road, good luck

It when a plant is damaged it’s shuts down the area effected like a submarine first part shut down was the instant it split the plant will keep shutting down parts of that area till it’s finished healing .

Like it's starting to heal, to me it looks like it's still pretty fresh but you're there so you're probably going to have to make the call does it look like it's healed or does it look like it can still stick back together??

As long as there cambium layer on the trunk it’s fine . Plant will prevail.

Split when tied down smashing buds out this is a seed project already pollinated by male . It’s hasn’t been fix just left abd it’s fine done it a thousand times never a hemi .... Od
