Alright I will remember that, wasn’t planning on topping just light training I’ve never done an auto flower so just figure plant,grow,crop would be best approach for me.

Update at 4 weeks in total now, really not liking the coloring on the roots but I’m gonna Guess that GH Stains them just like fox farm nutes do. Have the light at 20” and still only 70ish at the canopy Res temps haven’t gone over 72 yet.

I think you need to add some bennies for the roots, they almost look black and Im not sure that nutes stain black like that.
From my experience it’s the start of pythium that should be assessed soon.

Beneficial bacteria, hydroguard by botanicare is an example and what I use personally. Another option would be to wash the roots ( gently massaging them and getting the slime off the roots, I’m sure that black stuff is slimy) in a separate bucket with plain water and a couple ml’s of food grade H202. Going with the H2O2 would be more of a sterile route vs beneficial bacteria.

Nah I put on some sterile gloves earlier and felt them they weren’t slimy and I took a little spray thing and sprayed some of the black spots and it came right off but I’m gonna up the hydroguard once he the light back on

I run it at 3ml per gal, and if I see any issues persisting I’ll double dose. I found that using hydroguard start to finish (minus flush) works best for ME

I was just figuring nute stains, two grows ago I used ff and that big bloom organic stuff turned the roots brown and well everything even the air stones stained and clogged up.

So say if I wanted to remove the color and stuff what would you suggest? I got yucca extra for breaking down built up mineral salts

I apologize for not being able to respond to your last post as iv been a little busy and didn’t see it to be honest. I figured it was the start of root rot and I’m glad @Aquaman got to you and helped you diagnose and knowing him find some solutions.

Actually I will be fair a few days passed after your post and it was getting on my nerves so I broke down last night and just msg him lol and yeah so back to the “”wash board but thank you as well for the tips and advice

One spray down leafs picked right up, let it sit for 8 hours and roots are still clean. Sucker eat and drank during that time might need to add more nutes to get the EC back up lol, Thank you guys

Awesome just remember 4 days bro... then see how she goes. Usually 2-3 and you see nice new growth but don't skip thinking its fixed.
