Yea, Poekie is great. Was a real pleasure working with him. I had found one of his threads for available seeds and there were a lot of folks here at the Farm that had ordered from him and were very happy. Some great testimonials and so I thought I would give him a try. I do wish he would have had more fem seeds and not the regs but I will just have to plan accordingly when I sprout the regs. I think I got all the Indica dominant fem seeds he had.

Day 60: Good morning everyone. I hope your not as hungover as I am…

Nothing to report today, as I didn’t touch anything in the garden yesterday. Yes a bit lazy but also I needed to get out of the house.

But, checking in on the plants it looks like I have some work for me today. I have one more feeding left in the reservoir, which, I am surprised about. But I will clean that and make some nutrients today as well as clean up River ALOT so I can do some super cropping today. I have a 6 foot plant in a 5.6 foot tent… Clara is chugging along still. And basically that’s it for today. Sorry for the crappy pictures…

i cut one off and just taped it up with a toothpick stuck right in the center to hold it together better. it grew back and sort of swallowed up the toothpick, just a knot left when i harvested her.

I panicked without even thinking or remembering I might have been able to splice it back together. But, I’m drying it and I will have a sneak peak taste once it is dry. Then I’ll attempt my first cure with it in the grove bags I got and do a “dry” run of using those. (Pun intended)

Day 62: Good morning fellow humans. Hope everyone is having a good morning.

So spent some time in the garden yesterday as I mentioned I would in a previous post. I took a pile of lollipops and stragglers off of River to open her up a lot more. She has a severe N deficiency but I think she will pull through. Not to mention light bleaching. Been giving a bit more micro nutrients in hopes of keeping her healthy enough to finish to harvest. I also had to top her some. You should be able to see some sites that I cut in a couple of the pictures, but I think she will be fine, I mean it has to be better than her just burning to death touching the lights. With all that she is still producing flower and might actually be ok.

Clara is as always pushing through. Hard to really tell how long she has to go, as I think I didn’t notice her flower for about a week later than she actually started. If that makes sense. I am also not sure what it looks like when they “swell”. I’m definitely going to give her all the time she needs, and I do have a nice macro lens for my phone as well as a usb microscope to check. The one branch I accidentally snipped off a few days back was actually one of the shorter and les dense of the bunch and that was a good 10-12 inches of buds, yes they were pretty small yet, but, if all these bigger flower sites look and or are that long I am going to get a pretty good harvest from her.

Now on to the water part of the garden. I did end up making 18 gallons of mid-late flowering nutrients and disinfected my reservoir and pumps yesterday. Filled the reservoir yesterday at a PH of 5.82 and this morning it had drifted to 5.95 so that’s pretty awesome in my book. I’m going to let it climb to 6.2 over the next however many days before knocking it back down to 5.8. I’m still going to say it is great how much better the solution looks and stays with out the terpinator.

Oof, must have been hard to do some topping on your River-Monster but probably for the best. You don't need those lights to pre-decarb your weed. heh

Oh yeah forgot to mention I ordered some more goodies arriving in the next few days. I ended up getting a small 2x2x3 vivosun tent for drying in and or vegging in. I did this because I will need a space this harvest since one plant will be done waaaay before the other. I also got a trim bin kit, and all the nutrients and stuff for my next grow. This time I am going to use hydro guard and armor si with everything I am using for this grow. I love getting new gear.

Day 62: Good afternoon people of earth. I bring today news of my garden!

Anywho… yesterday was almost entirely hands off for me. I got to go to an outdoor concert and I had a blast. So good for my mood and temperament. It is also the reason I didn’t wake up today until noon.

Today my plans are to trim the branch I accidentally snipped off of Clara. I’ll weigh it and throw it into a grove bag to cure. I’ll update on that when I am done. Also I have a birthday party to go to today but that’s neither here nor there.

If you look at the pictures posted you can see River has a few more branches that are about to kiss the light. As well as how much some of the spots I topped are already growing. She is fucking insane. But I’ll keep going as long as she is still growing and not throwing nanners out.

Clara oh Clara such a good plant always doing what she is supposed to and never taking up to much space. What a good good girl. She is still packing on the weight and the flowers are still getting noticeably bigger. She is the best. I have not had to really do much of anything with her for awhile now.

My reservoir checked in at 6.2PH today. It did not take as long as I thought it would to do that. But it is getting a bit cloudy already which I hate. But, I adjusted it back to 5.82 and that’s where we are today. Have an excellent weekend everyone!

So I totally forgot to take any pictures. But I got a solid 4g off of claras little arm I shipped off. It is in a 8th grove bag and starting it’s curing time. It smells awesome still and was super sticky. I’ll give it a burn in a couple weeks. I will say it is nice to be able to do this little dry, trim, and cure test run. Especially before I ruin an entire crop from not doing it correctly. This also gives me the chance to test out curing in the bags.

Yeah the buds where pretty small and airy when dried but it was also cut several weeks before it should have been. But here it is all bagged up

Yeah that’s what I have read and been told. It keeps the humidity between 58 and 62% no need to burp them at all.

they maintain the right humidity and conditions. they work great. you can put them in (after they are dried and sweated) and forget them. when you come back (even months later) they are still the right humidity and all and they dont lose any weight at all.
