Skinny thin top leaves could be light burn depending on the wattage of your lights do the hand test see if your hand warms up under the light at the plant height maybe you need to dim it or raise it a bit and if you just flushed the plant start doing cycle waterings wait till pot is light than water with your nutes of choice ever other feed is what I do. You don't wanna see your leaves being to dark of a green depending on your strain but ever plant is different man genetics you have some good ones and an ugly duck haha

so do you think the yellowing is nitrogen deficiency ?

Zinc. How are you feeding?

Well the drooping and clawing could be associated with overwatering and cold temps from the looks of your first pick I see algea starting and the perlite is taking on a green.
I have a feeling your plants are not in a warm enough environment what are your temps...growing with leds room temp should be around 83 and at the leaves should be around 86 just focus on getting room temp up this plays a big role in the metabolic growth rate and nutrient uptake and stomata function. Your plants could be experiencing almost a slow drowning affect by temps not being high enough and root zone being too wet too long or overwatering the stomata work differently when using leds because the absence of infrared so the plant can't "sweat" excess moisture via stomata almost like pors on our skin and the exchange of c02 and release of oxygen.

My room temp is usually about 25 celcius (77 Fahrenheit) but my night temperature goes down to anywhere between 11-14 celcius (51-57)

And im using hid not leds

According to this I have a shit tonn of micro nutrient deficiencies
And honestly I think its probably it
Since I just flushed this plant should I start giving it a base bloom like sensi bloom jien small doses and see how it does?

Does anyone know if there are any micronutrient deficiencies that result in clawing ?
Just curious since now that im thinking about it micro nutrient deficiencies are very likely since ive barely fed anything and I dont think my soil has that much micro nutrients

Try keeping temps at night around 68ish too much of a drop can lead to that algea or fungal growth I find using floranova it's a one part solution not intended to be supplemented with other nutrients it's a a-z and micro and works out many deficiency even when I us others brands and run into issues I swap over untill and resume back after

Dont really know where I can buy it around where I live but would something like sensi cal-mag exta work ?
