Anyone that is successful growing mushrooms from spores can do tissue culture. I think there are lots of those people here.

Pup went to the vet yesterday... 10 weeks old... Weighed 20 pounds.
Little black one there still runs shit though.

It will be interesting to see if and at what point the pup takes other. I have a couple golden doodles. They have the same parents but are from different litters. The male is younger and about 18 months ago he took over being the alpha. Than something happened I did not see and the female is now tge alpha again

Did you intentionally grow the tall gangly looking girls on the left in the greenhouse? Strain dependent? Gigantic clone?

Meristem at home. The only hard part is keeping sterile.

Without a doubt it’s the sterilization.You got a hood? Not crazy to set up in garage if you are serious, which I gather that you are

No need for hood just make one of these desk top sterile bag things.

Get a hepa rated desk top air purifier and tape a clear trash bag to the outlet. Cut holes for hands and a hole to see through.

Yea... I was not successful at that... Though it's been years since trying.
But... I also did not try very hard... Was able to purchase pre-inoculated rye berries at the Pike Place market back then.

Pecking order is always evolving here... But the little guy rules always.

Those plants were overgrown Solo cups that got hacked up at transplant... Only real goal was to remove the majority of material... Don't want big plants out there... Just big enough to yield a few seeds each.

Flower day six of 12/12

Still not full power in there... Had to order a couple new ballasts... I'm using Lumatek twin 600w digitals... One is only working on one side... Another is so old that it isn't adjustable wattage... And I want to run all 400watt bulbs through the summer.
